Hilton Garden Inn Palm Coast Town Center

Extremely clean and well kept! pool area was wonderful! Beds were very comfortable! Shower was WONDERFUL!

A front desk employee by the name of John was extremely rude. Lacking customer service skills. we waited 10 minutes for someone at the front desk, John came in the side door with a bag of food from Panera. Didn’t apologize or acknowledge the wait. Seemed “bothered” by us being there. He was also rude to the person he spoke to on the phone while we were standing there. Air conditioner did not work, the room was about 72 degrees out last 4 days of our 5 day visit. Also, the housekeeping staff entered our room in the morning between 9:30-10:00 TWICE without knocking…strange.

Location. Convenient to main travel highways. Stores within walking.

Paid extra$10.00 per person to have included free breakfast as stated on reservation. Booked through Expedia. When we went to have breakfast we were told they didn't serve FREE breakfasts. There would be a $10.00 extra charge for each person for a continental breakfast, basically coffee and bread.(bagel, roll). We left to go to breakfast some place else. Thanks, but no thanks. Next time I go to the area we will not stay here. The gentleman at the desk when questioned gave a short answer and not concerned.Not the kind of attitude we have come to know being Hilton travelers. Usually Hilton staff is quite helpful.

We were greater at the front desk by a man that was happy to be working there. On our departure he assisted me in getting my bill corrected and was able to explain what happened. As we were exiting our room an employee on the floor greeted us and told us to have a great day. We got on the elevator and another staff member saw our suitcases and said awe your leaving us. We said yes she then continued to ask how our stay was. We told her we would be back same time next year for the lacrosse tournament. She said have a great day and hope to see you again. My husband even commented on how nice the staff was. Thank you

Came in town to attend family member's wedding @ the Hammocks Resort. Even though the resort is gorgeous, the price for 2 days stay was not in my budget. The Hilton Grand was only 18 min away and very affordable. The staff was very nice and hospitable. The room was nice & clean and the amenities were great! I'm a Hilton Honor Member, and never disappointed with my stays.

I have no complaints. I enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast should have been included in the price. But the hotel was safe and quiet and clean. Clerk was very nice upon check in. We would stay there again.

Water diverter in the bathroom (shower and sink) not working properly. Too hot or too cold at the slightest movement of the lever. Bedding has changed in Hilton. Not liking the comforter. Too rough!

room stock could have been better; there was no regular coffee in the room, just decaf and tea. I had to ask and it was promptly delivered. I would have liked the room cleaned each day. it was only by request.

The Staff at Hilton are always right on point. They are all willing and to go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. From the front desk staff to the restaurant staff, everyone was wonderful, We have a great stay at this location and will most certainly be returning.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this location..

It was a beautiful, clean resprit from an historic, haunted hotel we stayed in at St. Augustine on our way to Daytona Beach. Laundry was ice. Rooms as one would expect. Staff very friendly. Laundry was good. Pool was pretty.

For some reason the bar and restaurant were not open except for breakfast. Their were posters in elevator about dining menu which weren't available reminding us every ride they had but couldn't offer it to us. Those should be removed. Makes you feel like you got less than paid for.

I like the location it’s down the road from my family, beach and restaurants and shopping

I was disappointed that there was a soccer team there knocking on doors and running away I found them on TikTok making videos of it.

Everything about this inn is highly recommended for everyone. The only draw back was the parking. There was a night I had to park my park near a restaurant way in the back.

We stayed here for 3 nights there was only one night when I had to park my car a long distance away.
