I like all the conveniences of it's location. The staff that we interacted with was helpful and polite, especially Michelle on the desk.

That rooms were very dated, one of our rooms the wall literally had pieces falling off, our other room the AC had issues as well as some electrical issues. One room was cleaned better than the other when we checked in. Breakfast could have had better options, and the area could have been cleaned more than once.

Breakfast was phenomenal and facilities were GREAT! Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, great location, nice and QUIET! Room was very nice. Shower was awesome! Pool was perfect.

The ONLY thing that wasn't exceptional was the bed. I expect that no hotel is going to have the "perfect" bed for me, like mine at home, but this one was a bit lumpy and hard with a weird dip in the middle. It was a 7/10 for me, so not horrible but not fantastic, either. Other than that, GREAT place to stay and I HIGHLY recommend!

Close to family and shopping. Very comfortable room. On the quiet side of the hotel, away from I95. Breakfast area very clean and well stocked

Difficulty finding the hotel, not easy to find from Williamson. No signs visible from that road. Key cards constantly demagnetized. Had to go to front desk to reset many times.

Everything went well! & the breakfast was better than I had hoped for.

The building does have a slight musky smell. I purchased an older home & realize the smell comes from that. Some type of consistent air freshener throughout the building would take care of the problem. My only real dislike was that I was told on my confirmation that my room would be a pool view but was not. But even that was not a real problem.

The location was perfect, the staff was polite, and it was better than I expected from the price.

The room smelled like smoke a little even though it was a non-smoking floor. The sheets on one bed smelled like they had been sitting wet too long before drying. These are my only two complaints, but they didn’t effect my stay too much, I was still very pleased.

Breakfast was great...eggs, sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits, Belgium waffles, cereal, bagels, juice/coffee bar! Was surprised at the breakfast options compared to other hotels that offer "free breakfast". Location was perfect, Publix, Walmart and many restaurants in the area! Short drive to the beach.

The room was great.

The customer service was horrible. The lady at the counter was on the phone with a bill collector while checking me in, my information was incorrect and I had to go back 3 times before my key worked correctly.

It’s an older hotel, but very well maintained. Spacious room. Plenty of vending machines and the ice machines worked (unlike many hotels of my recent stays). I gave this hotel all excellent because it’s an excellent value for the comfort.

1st room didn't have a door handle (??) So was put (quickly) in a handicap room with a shower meant to be sat in. It was awkward but I was only there for some rest and got it 🤠

Location and proximity to shops and restaurants.

Some items were not available at Breakfast. Juices and some serving utensils were missing. Also toilet was not working properly. Grounds could have been cleaner.
