Ideal location for bike rallys. Thanks to the desk manager. I arrived earlier than check in time. He got me in my room so I was able to unload my bike and let the party begin. Thank you sir.
Room smelled musky. Water not hot for shower (lukewarm). Air Conditioner sound like a truck pulling up into my room every time it cycled on. TV not working, but wasn't there to watch TV. Would've been nice to watch for a little while when going to bed.

There is nothing that I didn't like. Yes there are people that live there and very nice and don't bother anyone. It's not the nicest place as far as looks but not the worst. I see where painting and stuff is going on to clean it up so that being said I would stay again there with my family.

Great Miami dude ("Catracho") who helped me deal with the dead-bolt on my room door. Nice place, good location not far from necessities and cross-highways. Bed very comfortable. Adequate amenities like soap shampoo etc.
No breakfast as advertised on Booking. This is third "error" by Booking for me recently; thusly might change apps.
