The breakfast was great. Bacon would have been more appreciated but we just were not lucky enough to be there on that day. Room was comfortable but AC kept cutting on and off and the noise and then lack of kept my wife up most of the night. Bathroom was very nice. Front desk staff were VERY nice and helpful with check in and check out!

Lighting was a little hard to figure out as far as turning on and off. AC kept cutting on and off which kept my wife up most of the nights we were there. REnovations while not in our room area still left dust and debris in hall ways and on elevator.

The hotel was updated and felt very clean. It was close to the beach but even closer to our family which was the purpose of our trip. The staff was amazing. We traveled with our two dogs and every person we came in contact with was so happy to see the pups. They even gave us a goodie bag with some toys and a disposable water bowl. It was one of the best experiences traveling with our dogs.

The breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast staff was extremely professional particularly Tina. She always aimed to please. There was also an older gentleman there who was also very professional and worked very hard to make sure everyone had an enjoyable breakfast. Your maintenance team was one of the best -- friendly, courteous and couldn't do enough for you to make sure your stay was the best.

I didn't like the fact that you had to request housekeeping everyday. Just wanted to have it for the rest of my stay. Housekeeping was limited. Believe they missed out on good tips because of the way it was set up. Because of this issue, I left tips for the breakfast staff because thst I don't like to clean and make my bed while I am on vacation or have to remember to request housekeeping services everyday.

Mold in shower by soap dish Staff in dining area was very slow and when restocking food she did not follow food safety by first in first out.

Everything was wonderful! Great staff, breakfast, and location. It was simple to get to the ocean and conveniently located by restaurants and gas stations. Room was nice and clean.

The breakfast was acceptable. The late afternoon check in man was super pleasant. The pool area was clean and had enough room to sit and watch the kids play. The room was comfortable with decent WIFI and TV channels.

I felt bad for the lady taking care of the breakfast bar area. There were many guests and she seemed to be alone trying to keep the area stocked. She tried to keep a smile but some of the guests were not quite as thoughtful as they could have been. No apple juice was odd, and the serving area seemed small for the amount of guests that could occupy the hotel.

Property was great. Location and staff were great. Could have used a microwave in the room and fruit at breakfast but all in all it was a good choice for us.

Only 2 towels came with king room. When I asked for additional towels i was asked if I was turning any in for exchange. When I said no they seemed a bit bothered but gave me the towels anyway. Lighting wasn't very good and window was small so not very much natural light

The first room we were assigned the beds were unmade, the second room the bathroom had debris on the floor. The front drive was very dirty, bottle caps present and just not clean.

Everything was great and everyone was very friendly and the area was very clean and neat the food was hot and delicious the table and counter top was clean and the floors was so clean and cooks did great.

Everything was excellent and we felt as was at home so anyone come will have a wonderful time we will come again and again everyone was very wonderful and helpful and we thank you all we enjoy our stay thank you all.
