Coral Sands Inn

This is a wonderful, beach side motel with a great pool and ocean views from the porch area outside the room. It's not fancy and it's a little older, but it's in great shape. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. The shower head was modern and the pressure was great. We had a room with a kitchenette, which was convenient for having snacks and lunch stuff around for our days on the beach. The kitchenette had dishes and basic utensils, but bring a roll of paper towels and coffee filters!

We checked in a little early and our room was not ready (understandable because we tried to check in three hours early!). The front desk said they would call us when it was ready, but they never did. But this is a pretty mild criticism. Overall, the staff were wonderful and there was always someone around to help, if needed.

We had an amazing time!!! The Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. The Room was beautiful and clean!!! It was stocked with everything you need!! But Our favorite part had to be the HEATED pool!!! It was located practically on the beach. And open until 11pm. Our stay was amazing all around. We will definitely be booking here again. And again!!!

There was NOTHING we didn't like. Even the other guests were nice!!!!

all rooms have ocean view and rooms are big compared to other hotels.

one elevator was down but didn’t have a sign on it or anything we just had to find out on our own when we stood there forever waiting on jt. trash on our floor was full and spilling over to the floor with the same trash for 2-3 days, since there was no housekeeping service we had to empty our own trash so the big cans on each floor should have been emptied everyday at-least once in my opinion.

An off season Gem. You could not sleep closer to the ocean without being on a boat. I loved listening and watching the waves pounding the beautiful coral sands.

The room balcony was not private. You could walk to all corners and see the North or South Atlantic. I felt like I was on the Titanic.

The pool area and access to the beach were excellent. The room was large and the beds very comfortable. Having the kitchenette area in the room was great too.

If there was one small thing it would've been nice to have some where to eat or get a drink within walking distance.

super friendly staff, cleanest hotel I’ve been to, lovely amenities, and right on the ocean. Not a single thing I’d change at this hotel! Going to make this a yearly trip destination for now on.

Great location. Great design of building so everyone has a private balcony to view the ocean. room was spacious and clean.

The laundry room (which is fine), has a bathroom with a shower. That is the bathroom the hotel uses for the pool guest and guest checking in before their room is ready. The bathroom is old and very dirty.  There is one towel rack, and that’s it. Nowhere to put down anything. Not  a good first impression of your hotel. also, the pool lounge chairs are very, very uncomfortable. They have a bar that goes across underneath the top of the seat where you sit.  if you want to sit up, you sit right on that bar. Otherwise you have to put your butt below the bar and it is not comfortable for your back.

The staff was amazing! Upgraded our room for a minimal fee and gave us a late check out. Super helpful with any questions or suggestions or necessities (ex change of towels, garbage pick-up, etc) . Very prompt and very friendly!! LOVED the pool and the proximity/cleanliness of the beach. The hotel grounds were well-maintained, and there were two gazebos that were lit at night, as well as tiki torches across the property. A very tropical/luxurious ambiance. I would DEF recommend and my kids are already asking when we'll be going back!!! ❤️🌴🌞

Our room was not as clean as I would've liked upon check-in. A previous guest had left a sock under the bed, there was white powder around the corners on carpet, and the kitchenette in our room looked like it could've been cleaned more. There was a smell upon entering the room at our arrival that even my 7yr old boy noticed (so i know it was strong, lol). The room needed some updates, which wasn't a surprise to me bc I had seen that in the reviews. Our door had a gap at the bottom so I could see outside a bit, the soap tray in the bathtub was rusted and falling off, and a ceiling tile looked like it needed replacing. NOTHING SERIOUS! Great value for the price, fantastic pool, and proximity to beach FAR outweighed the few cosmetic issues.

Pretty much everything. The location, pool, and room was great. Our room was very clean and had a nice little kitchen setup with a sink and counter and table. The view of our room was outstanding with the ocean view. The pool was great, and being on the side of the hotel was awesome, so it had all day sun. The staff was great with everything. We had a wonderful vacation and stay!

The only thing was that the ice machine was kind of old and dirty. Needs to have one also on hotel property not just in the laundry room in a different building.
