The room was clean. Location with beach access.

Breakfast was part of the booking and it is no longer complementary. That was a reason for booking this hotel.

I liked that the property was along the beach. The buildings only went to 7 stories high so it was a smaller hotel. The staff was friendly.

There were some problems with the hotel. The phones didn’t work. They are going green so they didn’t rotate out the towels but every three days. They also didn’t come in and take out the trash or do any sort of cleaning. I booked them for 8 days and I had to pick up the trash and dirty towels and set them outside in the hallway for the staff to come and pick up. The kitchen and bedrooms weren’t that clean. My husband and I had to wipe down certain areas before putting our clothing away and the countertops were dirty.

The little eatery there was ok but way to overpriced! Would not eat there again.

Roaches, smoke from other balconies

Location was excellent easy access to the beach and the balcony provided great views. Staff was friendly and cleaning/room service was great. Front desk was friendly and attended to any needs. Parking was also secure and open spots available. Good location to other attractions like restaurants, etc.

Elevator was broken so access to room took a very long time due to over use by the building and the building in general was in an older portion of the hotel so overall was a bit dated and bathroom layout was very tight with the water coming in and out as well. If possible would recommend staying in the other areas not 'C' building if possible.

The view and location were amazing! Upon checking in, they were busy but got us our room quickly so that we could enjoy our first evening by the pool at the tiki bar (the Bartenders, especially Meaghan, are wonderful). The room was clean and enjoyable. I have read other reviews and they must be staying at different hotel. Everyone I interacted with, whether a guest or staff were pleasant and talkative. I will be back in the future.

The elevator in my building was slow, but on vacation... you are supposed to slow down and enjoy the ride.

The location and pools are the best thing about this place

The restaurant in the hotel was my only complaint however the breakfast was good the dinner was a disaster. We waited 2 hours for our food to come out the coldest I have ever experienced. All we ordered was pasta. We complained and the response we got was there was only only guy in the kitchen. Hotels response was they owned by the hotel. If its in the actual lobby of the hotel it’s part of the hotel. Its definitely a reflection on the hotel in a whole if your going to contract out a restaurant be more selective to help your location to be the best it can be.

I stayed in one of the suites that included a kitchenette and living space. Because the hotel is right off the beach, it was a great option to come back to the room for lunch. I liked the option to heat leftovers, make a quick sandwhich, or grab lunch from the hotel bar or restaurant and eat in our room's loving space if we wanted.

Room service comes in every three days. I liked this so I didnt feel like we were wasting water on washing new sheets. However, we ran out of bath towels quickly. It was simple to call for new ones, but it was still a bit of a hassle.

Everything was very close! Elevator close to your room. Pools close together, and the beach even closer. Free chairs for the beach too. They have a DJ and bar close to the pool as well. They had free bikes to use, and location was even close to walk to a nearby corner store.

Room was a little small and no real sink to wash things in (ie baby bottles and pumping equipment) however the staff in the restaurant let me use theirs. We came at a time that a lot of teens were there and they stayed up all night walking around. We were on the 6th floor and it didn’t bother me or my baby, but my mom who’s a bit older couldn’t rest because of it.
