Loved that the room had a ceiling fan! The staff was super. They were nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good too. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was a great proximity to everything I needed.

The hallway going to my room on the 4th floor was HOT and HUMID. The outside part of my door of my room facing the hallway was sweating because I had it cool in my room and the hallway leading to the elevator was so hot. The tiles in the ceiling were beginning to pucker. I hope they get it fixed soon or they're going to have major damage.

We enjoyed our stay. Location convenient to everything, including I-75. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfy. Kids we're very delighted with the breakfasts every morning. Pool was nice and refreshing for the kids, to cold for me. We enjoyed our stay!

The front desk was not friendly upon arrival. Otherwise all other employees were very helpful and friendly. Especially Benjamin. I requested in writing a room on the bottom floor or close to an elevator. We were put on the 2nd fl, last room at the end of the hall next to the noisy stairway. Possibly due to the size of the rm needed, I'm guessing.

The staff are amazing. We checked in so late that we needed to extend the reservation another night and the front desk was happy to accommodate. The room was clean and there was breakfast.

Because we had to extend the stay another night, we had to change the room type due to availability. We ended up with two queen beds instead of a king, and the bed we chose to sleep in had a worn-out mattress. As in you can feel it sink in the middle, and my back was screaming by the morning.

The ac/heater was the best 👌 refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker with keurig coffee in room. The cable had all the channels I would normally watch and plenty of movies. Hotel serves breakfast grab what you want and you can even make waffles. Plenty of shopping in this area and plenty of restaurants.

Everthing was good at hotel the only thing I didn't like was the laundry room. On the 4th floor beside elevator small glassed in room with small washer and dryer. Waiting for clothes to wash and dry no where to sit.

The hotel was neat and clean and secure.. a little too secure on my end of the building as the outside door card reader was not working so I had to walk in and out of the front door but I liked my car parked around by my room.

Yeah I didn't like the price. It was too high. I can understand paying $150-175 a night but with everything included it was upwards of 230 for a night... I was unfortunately canceled at my other location due to renovation at the last minute so I was in a situation.

Location. Very clean hotel.

The room I chose was for mobility access. When you entered the room there was an area that would accommodate a walker or wheelchair straight across the room, that was it. The only chair was a desk chair with wheels. The shower seat was on the bathroom floor and had to figure out how to put it together. Part of the room wasn’t finished, and there seemed that some of the hotel was still unfinished.

Everything was good , clean beds and towels , no bad smell pillows , good location , good customer service , quiet place , good breakfast, big rooms , all new construction.

I only found 2 cockroaches, one dead , one alive , I will suggest to push a little bit of pest control and little bit of deep cleaning .

Fantastic staff! Great stay, great property! Breakfast was good, free parking available, close to everything. I loved having laundry facilities available. Great value for price.

I just didn't like that the highway was right behind the hotel but got used to the noise relatively quickly.

The room was very clean. The hard surfaces make apparent the room is clean. The staff was very good, helpful, friendly, attentive, accommoative. The translucent screen on the window was not attached, but the blackout shade worked fine. Did not request service, or report the issue. Otherwise all was well. Will stay again. Recommended.

The sheer screen was detached, did not function properly. Did not report the problem.

Great location. All you need is very close. I haven't seen a staff like this in many years, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance ON FIRE. Good American breakfast with plenty of options. Pet friendly...for a $40 fee. The big difference is the staff
