Staff was very friendly and understanding. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable, thermostat was easy to use. Loved the open hdmi port and ability to change inputs on the tv, it made me wish I had bought my switch dock. Wifi was a reasonable speed and had no issues with a constant connection unless I had left the building itself.

The safe in my room was not functional which did worry me since I did bring an expensive electronic device with me. There was no trashcan other than a very small can in the bathroom. Did have a slight issue with my neighbors tv being too loud, didn't distrub my sleep, but do be warned if you end up with noisy neighbors. Wish I had the ability to access Netflix and Youtube from the tv however it wasn't a major deal breaker.

The staff was very helpful transitioning my 28-day stay into a full 6 month lease. Super convenient. My room was very spacious, exceptionally clean when I moved in, and the bed is oh my God comfortable! Between the value of the price and the accommodations available when you request them, you're not going to beat this establishment within the city.

The hallways are kind of dim. That makes for a perfect new scene starter to write into the creeper horror book I am working on...lol. As far as the immediate localized nightlife...... It's a lot milder than I thought it would be. But its still NC-17.

The room was large. Nice balcony and view of the lake. Decent gym. Large pool and patio area but too cold to swim. Great room at a great price. They don't clean unless you ask and pay an little extra fee but, I knew that going in and it was not a problem for us. Nice wood floors which I much prefer over nasty carpet. Comfy bed and bedding. Nice dark curtains and good TV. Awesome text messaging system that answers questions with no delay.

A few places on the walls/door which need repair. A very little bit of mold on the shower ceiling. The carpet in the corridor had a big stain in front of our door. Noisy guests coming and going at all hours of the night (college town ) No hairdryer

I like that the staff are very friendly and considerate. When I had a situation of someone that I had in my room a woman that I was trying to help and who I was talking to because my mother had just passed away she was playing on my vulnerability that I just lost my mom and was very sad. This woman brought in another individual I dreadlock black man who then was trying to strong army and intimidate me. I went down and complained to the office and they addressed the situation very well and we're very considerate and understanding. That my good nature and the fact that I care about people was used my predators thinking that they would be able to use it to their advantage for them to monetarily gain well none of that happened the hotel staff did very well in addressing the situation and we're very kind to me and very sympathetic about my losing my mom and my dog who got hit by a car.

This hotel exceeded my expectations because after booking a week-long stay, the room was clean, had all the amenities, no noisy or worrying activity in the hall ways, and honestly gave me what I mainly wanted: to be left alone and not be bothered. Room service is a pay-for-service option so my room was not disturbed at any time. The doors to the hallways require a hotel card for entry which I really enjoyed. And the room had a small balcony where you could sit outdoors.

Hot water was shut off after 9pm

The location is 1 mile from Shands hospital essentially a straight shot there but enough of a distance away from the major traffic. The room was very big and bed was comfy.

The water softner they use makes the tube very slippery. And they make you pay for house keeping and extra towels.

Always reliable stayed here many times as a Shands patient they give us a discount. The front desk girl had to come check us in late and she was very nice about it. They're under construction so their office is in a temporary location on the property.

The room smelled like cigarettes even though it's a smoke free place. The bathroom light didn't work but we were only there 9 hours due to working late and traveling 3 hours and early appt so we didn't feel it was a complaint needing mentioned at 11 at night.

My son and I stayed at this motel for a few weeks and it was a great experience. The room we had was clean and overlooked the pool. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay there awesome! The girls at the front desk Claira and Joanna were always so sweet and helpful. The GM Jonathan and Frankie were always quick to fix any issue we had. They were all very accommodating!! Frankie went the extra mile to make my stay great!! I would definitely recommend this motel to my friends and family!! Thank you Frankie, Jonathan, Joanna and Claira!! We will miss you all 💜💜

Our stay reminded us of our journey thru life! At one phase of life we are booming, at another we need repairs and upkeep! The challenges of life come along and we have to close off certain areas, we have to down scale . We just have to slow down as repairs are made and certain activities have to be put aside!

We, my husband and I, were there because I was a patient at UFHealth Shands for the extraction of a brain tumor. The location couldn’t have been better and the accommodations were great. The most important was the staff and the hotel manager, Troy. Troy went above and beyond the call of duty for us. Not because he had too, but because he genuinely cares about his guests.
