The property is gorgeous, very well decorated, airy, it smells wonderful. The location of the property is excellent, nearby everything you may need, a liquor store, bakery that sells good breakfast, grocery store, and of course the boardwalk with a plethora stores. The rooftop pool is one of the most beautiful rooftop areas I’ve seen. Gorgeous views

The only thing I noted that wasn’t a huge fan of, I thought the rooftop bar restaurant was a bit overpriced and although I didn’t order much, the food seemed a bit mediocre. But there’s so many other options around to eat anyways.

Great location, pool and jacuzzi on the rooftop were awesome. We got 2 bedroom apartment with balcony and partial ocean view and it was huge and we loved the view. You get 2 lounge chairs on the beach every day for free, every other chair, umbrella or cabanas are extra. It was 4 of us and we did not pay extra for other chairs, but if you want chairs for everyone, maybe something to think about. Bistro across the street by the bay was great, we had breakfast and dinner there and we loved everything. Front desk was super nice, I had questions about valley parking, pool and late check out and everyone was friendly and explained everything to us.

We had really great time, but seems like part of the building is either condos or apartments, so be careful if you are renting from single owner maybe that can be an issue 🤷‍♀️ We were on 6th floor in south building and half of the floor had huge flood / water damage.

The rooms were great, the lobby was beautiful as was the roof top terrace, loved the Coffee Haus too and the complimentary beach chairs and towels.

I think the website made it seem like it was self-parking for free. It wasn't - it was valet parking and $40 a night. This added a big unexpected chunk to the price but also valet parking is inconvenient. On the plus side, the valet attendants were very quick and friendly. Also, the pool deck is too slippery when wet - I slipped and fell twice, once with sandals on and once barefoot.

The location is absolutely great!!! Bay front & beach front views. Great restaurants nearby and an amazing pool area.

Experienced a few hiccups upon check-in, but management swiftly resolved all issues. I really appreciate Priscilla for following up and Ana N. for making accommodations to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

policy change in parking, use to be free for self parking guests, now $35 a night! and forced to use valet, so you are obliged to tip for parking you shouldn’t have to pay for in the first place

Great location right off the beach! Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable mattress. Plenty of pillows. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was very fast. Beautiful rooftop pool and bar. Parking attendants are fast and courteous.

Parking is $40 per night, a bit high. If you want your room cleaned you have to order housekeeping 24 hours in advance. Water pressure in the shower is non existent because of eco friendly shower head. Rooftop pool and bar close at 8pm

During the check in, they had a day difference from what was on Booking. Hotel said, which may be true, that Booking didn't pass the information when I updated reservation. They ended up finding rooms and solved the problem. The sheets on the sofa bed looked dirty. I complained and the staff brought clean ones. Bedroom curtain didn't work and glass was all cravked in the balcony. Staff said too many birds hit the glasses. I was overcharged for parking on the hotel. I complained and reception fixed it.

We liked the location on the broadwalk. It was very convenient for walking out to the beach and getting a bite to eat for lunch. Also, you have several restaurants just across the street for nice dinners.

The unit we stayed in was very minimal in decor, which made it feel a little cold. I think all units are decorated in this way. We also had to complain two of our four nights stay because we had people next door arguing and cussing each other at 2am those two nights! Also, across the hall people were up shouting until 3am. Not a great experience trying to sleep!

I loved that this hotel is pet friendly. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and were only expecting one sofa bed, but there were actually two separate living rooms, each with its own sofa bed. This gave us even more space for my family and dogs to spread out.. We were extremely comfortable with our suite.

The pillows were terrible. They were thin as paper. I also asked for an itemized statement when I was checking out, and the young lady at the counter mumbled some excuse about not being able to print at the moment but would email it to me. My credit card was charged a lot more than I was expecting, and I would like to see exactly what I'm being charged for. It's been 8 hours, and still no email from the hotel. From the looks of other reviews, it seems this hotel has a reputation for charging hidden fees and not refunding money. Hopefully, I was not overcharged, so I will continue to follow up.

Location, Rooms were beautiful, the view was amazing, the rooftop pool was beautiful and the view from there... whewww breath taking.

We had a party of 6 and didn't have any extra blankets or pillows for the pull out. Requested them a few times via phone and in person and never received them. Had to personally go and wait at front desk for them in hand late night because we were ready for bed. For a room that accommodates 6 would have thought they would have that already in the room as well as extra towels.
