Golden Sand Oceanfront was a dream. It has the perfect location (right above my favorite mojito spot), is super clean, and has the friendliest, most accommodating staff. We got to watch the most beautiful sunrises from the balcony. This is the ONLY place we will be staying every time we visit Hollywood Beach. We had access to beach chairs and beach toys for the kids and it was an absolute price. It was also a pleasure to meet the beautiful, full-of-life Viking Queen who was so kind and cleans with so much love and passion. We just can't wait to go back!

Rooms could have better furniture

Great location, just steps from the Boardwalk and the ocean. Easy check in, Tony texted us a code to a lockbox with the room key. Room was good sized, full size fridge,microwave and toaster oven. Bed was comfortable, mini split A/C was quiet. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. Great view from the deck and many lounge chairs. Bathroom was good size with a stand up shower.

Would have liked a light switch to the overhead light in the room. Wish the room key was either a magnetic one or keypad.

We love it that it was beach front. Everything was close and there was a lot of things to do. There were a lot of happening at the boardwalk, but it was quite in the room. Live music on the boardwalk on the weekend.

We were unluck that there were a lot of seaweed on the beach this season so water was not clear. But we had a good time all the same.

Staff and location-excellent. Didn't need to drive anywhere. Insta-cart deliveries-great. No living room, but the terrace was a wonderful living room, overlooking the ocean.

Music from Cafe below was loud 10 am-10 pm, but, we got use to it. They did turn it off right at 10 each night

The host, Tony, was super friendly and readily available. The studio was spotless, coffee was provided along with the basic necessities. The AC was very cold, but most of all it was a quaint spot without cockroaches....which I have found in other older hotels on Hollywood Beach.....it was my greatest fear before arrival and I was so relieved to see that insect control and cleanliness was obvious!!!! I am looking forward to staying more frequently!

The beach was a few steps away.

My bed was uncomfortable.

We loved being on the Broadwalk. The owners were reachable by phone which was very helpful. We were able to rent one of the few parking spaces, ($20.00) It was a commodity. Easy people watching, beach is right there, and snacks in minutes! If you want quiet, the Broadwalk isn’t it, but we loved the fun. It does quiet relatively early. .

I would have loved a regular coffee maker rather than a pot to boil water for instant coffee. I like making it in rented kitchen to use own mug for a little attempt at reuse, reduce, and recycle.

Sitting on the terrace was like being right on the beach! Comfortable outdoor chairs and the view is awesome.

Beds need replaced- no table lamp only harsh overhead lighting. No cutting board & can opener was broken. Bare necessities but Ioceanfront sure is nice.

I loved everything about my stay. Was looking for an ocean front property for my 60th bday solo trip and this place was perfect. I could sit on the balcony, stroll the boardwalk, or just relax on the beach anytime. The room was very well kept, clean, comfortable. I actually ran into the owner and his amazing lady who helps with the checkouts. They both were a joy. I'll definitely stay here again sooner then later, only with an ocean front room view lol.

Sounds crazy towels a lil hard. A lil fabric softener unscented for those with allergies will fix that.
