Location was incredible. We literally walked 20 feet and we were on the beach or boardwalk. Being so close if you're light Sleeper might be the only downfall because the music is booming all hours through the night. We sleep to rain sounds and it drowned out the noise perfectly and wasn't an issue for us. I'm a mom with 3 kids 2 small, alone, and felt safe the entire time. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

I didn't love we didn't have access to a broom closet to get sand out. So I went and bought my own. If you're going with small kids and are depending on the kitchen for most meals be prepared to buy every little thing such as salt/pepper. This was the only place I've stayed at that didn't have basic kitchen necessities aside from a couple pots/pans and a few pieces of silverware. Not a huge deal obviously but an extra expense to prepare for.

Location can't be beat. Walking distance to beach, bars, restaurants...park your car and forget about it. Clean room, super comfy beds.

So, here's the thing. Reviewers who have commented that it is not a high-level lodging, it is also at least $100 less/night than almost anywhere else in Hollywood Beach, For us, the value was in having a separate bedroom and living area (which had a trundle sofa bed) and a kitchen, to make mornings easy for breakfast and allow for drink and snack storage. Cleanliness is huge and we were greeted by nothing but clean smells when we first entered, We also requested a freshening up after day two as, even though we rinsed our feet off every time, sand still finds its way into the unit, We received fresh towels and a thorough sweeping out of the unit. The provided beach chairs were awesome...durable and comfortable and the beach towels allowed us to pack more lightly for our journey from PA. The courtyard was lovely as well on our last day as the winds made the beach fairly chilly and we escaped the winds and enjoyed the full sun in the courtyard. We requested an interior building (we were placed in #4) and it was so quiet, helping for a quality night's sleep. Location to the beach is superb! We will, 100%, consider staying here again.

I imagine it is for safety, but the light over the alley/walkway outside the bedroom window was blinding at night. We hung a blanket on the window to darken the room; otherwise, quality sleep would have been difficult. I also wonder how people manage in the hot summer months with the only a/c being in the bedroom. For privacy and noise control (as we had kids sleeping in the living room), we closed the plantation shutters separating the living room from the bedroom and the bedroom door, thereby no a/c filtered out to the living room or bathroom at night. I would think this would make for tough sleeping when it is hot, but it did not impact our stay since it was February.

Outstanding motel. We have been here several times and have always been very satisfied. The staff is always friendly and very competent. This time we had extremely loud and partying guests in the room next to us, who were continuously loud from the afternoon until the next morning. Even at our request to be quieter at 01:00 at night brought no peace. We are aware that a motel is not responsible for the behavior of its guests and it is also difficult to admonish guests to be more quiet. The front desk acted very professionally and gave us another room the next day without any problems, for which we were very grateful.

I enjoyed staying at Hollywood Beachside Suits hotel, it has a beautiful scenery of the beach and it was a pleaser to have had the opportunity to stay at a delightful hotel, with all of the best places to eat at. ThanksFrom: Ms. Dorsey Shalonda

The customer service was rude particularly 2 of the man that worked that morning. whine I asked them a question they replied very disrespectful with there words. And the bathtub was not clean and the toilet stool was not clean up under the rim of the set part, yeah that part. Other then that I still enjoyed myself, but I would want the customer service to do better and next time I go on vacation to have a clean bathroom please and thanks.

Look no further and just book this place, it was perfect for our needs. Our second stay so future visits we’ll always choose Hollywood Beachside Boutique Suites. Cute rooms with basic kitchenettes (utensils and cooking supplies) or mini frig and microwave. Comfy bed and linens. Very short walk (couple minutes) to the beach and Hollywood Boardwalk, Nice pool and multiple outdoor patios to enjoy. Free use of beach towels and chairs. $12 parking is cheapest in the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk area. Tons of restaurants close by and Fort Lauderdale and Miami are easy drives away. Just a beautiful place! The staff is friendly and beyond helpful. Let us upgrade to a studio for a reasonable fee when we checked in. The AC was acting up the second night and after maintenance couldn’t fix it we were moved to another lovely room for the night. The price is affordable and very reasonable compared to other properties and the parking fee is only $12 a day compared to other hotels charging $20+ or requiring ridiculous expensive street parking. I had to work in Hollywood the day of checkout. Instead of booting my girlfriend out, the front desk staff allowed her to borrow some towels and beach chairs, enjoy the outdoor areas, beach and leave the rentals car parked while I finished up with my client. I really appreciated the hospitality and kindness of the gesture. Beyond impressed with the staff and service we received! Great communication and friendly helpful people! Thanks so much to the staff for helping make our little two night stay wonderful!

Love that it was literally 5 min walk to the beach/ boardwalk close to stores/shops.

The hotel room we stayed in could have a Long wall mirror it didn't have any just the bathroom mirror. Also, the lamps were old and broken they did turn on but they need to be replaced lamp cover Other than that the room was good clean and had everything. The Ac worked great so no issues there very secure felt safe too. The hotel did provide beach chairs and towels which was a plus. The room was small felt Like staying in a furnished room.

the location is perfect. not even 5 min to the beach. the pool is probably nice to have, but not really nice..I would not like to spend my vacation there. if you just need a bed, go for it. the staff was very friendly. since we had a very late arrival time, they called several times to make sure we know where to find the keys.

the furniture and the bathroom is very old and shabby. it is not really comfy and the litte extra eye for details is missing. the bed squeaks very laud with every single movement. it could be so much better with a litte love and renovation.

Location, location, location. Comfortable bed. Ample room towels. Beach chairs and towels. Close to all restaurants and short walk to beach. Full size fridge. Value of location was high. Did not need a rental car. All needs met. Small pool looked nice but didn't use it. It was ADA compliant.

Rather uncomfortable to sit in living room; would have been nice to have more comfortable seating options. Day bed is ok for sleeping (we didn't need it for that) but not as a couch. Furnishings could be updated. Very cold weather with no room heat for a couple days so had to wear coats inside. But weather was not their fault and they eventually bought space heater which we appreciated and that helped. I give them a high rating because overall it was good.
