I definitely did like the design of this hotel a lot. The Front Desk Associate was very cool and professional, he knew exactly what he was talking about and gave me more than enough information so that way my stay went well. My bed was SUPER comfortable, I struggle to get out of it the whole time I was there LOL! Also, there were SO MANY restaurants and shops within walking distance and if I did have to drive, it was only a very very short distance across a parking lot or literally across the main road which was extremely convenient! All in all, I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Jacksonville!

My only critiques for this hotel is one, there was no microwave and/or mini fridge in my room so I could store leftover food. Also, the shower door doesn’t completely prevent water from getting out of the shower area so everytime I showered, there would be a puddle but then again, there are towels LOL. Finally, I notice there was not always a Front Desk Associate there especially if someone wanted to purchase something from the Snack Bar. Otherwise, I had absolutely no problems and this was a good hotel!

The lobby area was very pretty , and the staff was friendly. Also, we enjoyed the bar time with happy hour and the karaoke. The atmosphere was great.

That, the hotel charge for breakfast with the prices of the room per night it should be included in my opinion. We also had one issue with a stain being our fitted sheet when we checked in. Even though they replaced it, it's still the principle that these rooms are not cheap and should be in tip-top shape when guest arrive . Also, I didn't like they process of the way you gotta order hot breakfast in the morning.

The hotel was very nice. The location was great; It was very close to the interstate, not to mention lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was nice and clean.

They said there was a restaurant on-site but we never saw it so we ended up eating out our entire stay. There was a bar that was open and he little canteen area was stocked but not with a whole lot. Also there was an overpowering cleaning smell through out the lobby and hallways, which I guess is a good thing, at least you know they are using cleaning products.

Everything! We loved the vibe of this hotel. It's centrally located to the airport and a lot of dining/shopping options. Many restaurants are walking distance. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and the layout was unique. The lobby has a pool table, bar, and they had karaoke the night we were there. We didn't stay for it but there were a lot of guests participating and it looked like a fun time.

Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because it wasn't included as part of the stay. Most hotels have some kind of a complimentary meal. Did like that it was located to shopping stores and walking distance to other restaurants.

The safe in the room wouldn't work, the toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down till it flushed and the air conditioner unit wouldn't shut off and was stuck on 70 and it was low 60's outside.

Traveling for winter holidays is always tricky but with the weather causing flight delays and cancelations across the US, we finally arrived at the airport at 4:00AM. Thankfully the hotel has an airport shuttle because you can't pick up a rental car at that time. The shuttle driver was very nice as was the gentleman who checked us in and gave us our room key. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was quiet and we got several hours of sleep before checking out.

the location had so many restaurants and shops around it. it was a nice surprise and made it easy to grab food. it’s also very close to the freeway so makes getting placed easy! the rooms are nice and clean as well, with a nice shower and comfy bed.

when we arrived they had very loud music playing in the lobby that made it hard to hear the person manning the front desk for us to check in.

Aloft has a very welcoming vibe and design. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The airport is a 5-minute drive. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Every part of the hotel is clean and updated. LOVE it and we will be back.

That we were only there 1 night. I would have loved to stay longer.
