Great location

No microwave in room 👎

The bed (king) and sofa bed (full) are comfortable. The shower is stocked with nice smelling and healthy cleaning products (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner)There is a microwave and large screen t.v. A sitting area and desk with a comfortable chair to work from. Full breakfast comes with the stay and the breakfast buffet has a good variety of tasty food items (eggs (scrambled and boiled), sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, variety of cold cereals, toast, bagels, juice, tea, coffee) and comfortable sitting areas (inside and on patio). The hotel is very near the expressway to take you wherever you need to go (north or south). There is a swimming pool and small gym on-site. The gym has a scale, treadmills, free weights and other equipment as well as complimentsry earbuds to listen to music while you workout if you don't have your own. The seating areas poolside are nice...some innshade and others in full sun.

The bathroom has a shower instead of a tub. The shower is partially open and the shower head is mostly fixed and so it can't be directed inward. The spray comes outside the glass half wall, which made the floor get wet. And it's cramped in there as the toilet is in there as well, so the space is not that large to begin with. Also the mini fridge is not very cold so it takes a long time to get drinks cooled. The ice bucket was old, stained and there was no bag for the ice to sit in to be more sanitary. Plus the machine on our floor was out of order on the 2nd day.

Love the beds! Breakfast is awesome. Real plates and silverware...yes! Kids enjoyed the pool. Great staff. Laundry room greatly appreciated. Cleaning staff was attentive to detail!

The outlets in the room were not set up for just plugging a tablet or a phone charger into without the regular outlet piece. Even in modern cars today you don't need an actual prong to plug in. I would recommend Hyatt update this motel with those outlets because I used them in Murfreesboro Hyatt and it was wonderful. So convenient. And honestly those little details make a person want to use that motel again and again.

Great breakfast. Hotel is new, beautiful and very clean. The room is big and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and has a great location, full of shopping and dinning options. The price is incredibly low for the comfort and convenience I had.

There is nothing I would say against the hotel. Maybe there could be more room for breakfast. The tables were usually full, so I would get up early to have a more peaceful meal.

staff was very friendly and helpful. late check in and out was perfect. breakfast was beyond expectations as most hotels either don’t offer or have just microwave items. would definitely be staying at this location again,

when arrived there was a issue with the room. even though I had originally booked a two queen bed room and cold prove it with my confirmation there was still some mix up and we were assigned a 1 bed handicap room which wasn’t going to work despite there being a pull out couch. the front desk lady was able to fix it by putting us in s room that she stated someone who booked it had not checked into.. which was odd since we clearly booked one originally and for one to magically pop up after being told there were none available was interesting. then upon getting to the second and final room there was lots of body hair left behind in the shower. but that was fixed quickly and amazingly by one of the staff and we greatly appreciate her her for that.

The room was a nice size, and the breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of options. The hotel was clean, and the location was excellent. I also found it very quiet and in a secure location.

I didn't like the fact that they ran out of food and were slow to replace items. Also, the bathroom shower area could use some touching up, or bleach to clean/whiten the caulking.

Staff was very nice, esp Kimberly. The room had ample room except for the bathroom area. The burger was excellent. Convenient to airport. Seating area for breakfast seemed nice. We had to leave early for flight so didn’t get to enjoy it.

Toilet and shower room was crowded. The sofa had bleach stain as all over it. The AC smelled musty. There were not enough outlets in the room. No usb outlets. These days- you should have lots of them. Room seemed older.

The staff was good and helpful. Michelle at the front desk was great she was very professional helpful. Check in was easy quick and informative it helped and made our stay great.We travel a lot. Michelle is by far the best at her job. I hope you understand how valuable she is. It's great to experience that level of service we receive. She We very helpful with my 92 year old uncle she helped him order his dinner. Thanks Michelle for a great experience and all your help. You went above and beyond to help. Thank you. The rest room door inswing was a big inconvenience.

I booked through Affirm & Booking.com and had a problem at check-in (took about an hour), however Chris & Jamal worked with me to get everything taken care of - even speaking with a Booking.com rep). They went above and beyond in their professionalism, courtesy, helpfulness & respect and I will be forever grateful!! Even a manager stopped by while off duty and worked with them to get us taken care of!! Thank you all
