it was big enough for me and my husband also had a kitchenette which we loved

when we arrived the trash outside the door was overflowing and I came out to enjoy my dinner at one of the outside tables and someone was smoking right in the sane area where everyone was sitting enjoying the fire pit with the non smokers . I believe the smokers should have a place away from the front door and the front of the establishment to smoke

The room was exceptionally clean. As a family of 6 its hard to get a nice, spacious room for an affordable price. The room was perfect for us and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was hot. The pre-made omelets were delicious and thamere was a staff member actively restocking items so nothing ran out at anytime.

Honestly I cannot think of anything I didn't like or that wasn't up to my expectations.

I was very impressed with how well the faculty was cleaned especially with Covid-18. Not many places I frequent are doing the same. Once restrictions lifted, the extra cleaning stopped for some establishments. I thank Home2 Suites’ due diligence to ensure a clean environment for its customers.

I was not able to get clean sheets/towels and don’t recall the reason, but I’m used to housekeeping coming in daily to refresh everything. This is certainly not a deal breaker and will stay at Home2 Suites in the future.

The room was surprisingly spacious and well laid out with a kitchenette including a fridge, microwave & dishwasher. Staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. The included breakfast had a nice selection of ready to eat menu items like breakfast bowls, oatmeal, fresh fruit and a waffle making station with toppings.

Sticky residue on the night stand. Microwave door was smeared with something - unclean. Razor clippings and shaving cream from previous guest was on bathroom backsplash. Bathroom exhaust fan was noisy and there is no way to turn it off. We had to keep the door closed.

we requested a crib with our booking. when we checked in we were told that all the cribs were in use by other guests. I feel that they should just order more cribs or have some extra available- it’s so hard to travel with an infant without one.

We liked everything about this location! The room was very comfortable, the pool was clean, and staff were friendly. Location was nice too, close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful, especially Victoria who kept the food hot and stocked!

The staff from start to finish was amazing. I think they were a little short staff but they made me feel like I was family there. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Not only that but the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Out of all the hotels that my family stayed at this is the best one. Thank you guys and I would stay here again!

If you are traveling with dogs, stay at a Hilton property! After staying three consecutive nights in dog-friendly Wyndham hotels that were utterly disgusting (and, in at least one case, more expensive than Home2 Suites), I nearly wept with relief at how nice and clean this hotel is. We were four nights on the road for a do-it-yourself move from Buffalo, NY to Florida and had to make last-minute reservations based on how far we felt able to travel each day. This Home2 Suites is fantastic - thankfully, we ended our hotel stays on a high-note! Due to the condition of the Wyndham properties we had stayed at, neither of us had showered for days and did minimal sink "clean-ups." The first thing my partner did when we arrived here was to take a long, hot shower in the (almost) immaculate bathroom. (There was minor evidence of mildew-looking grunge along the base of the shower door - the single only negative about this property.) The room was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. There were clean, white towels, clean sheets on the king-size bed and a full-size fridge, dishwasher and microwave in the kitchenette that was stocked with plates, bowls, flatware, etc. Unlike the Wyndham properties, I was not afraid to take off my shoes and walk barefoot. The hotel also has laundry facilities and a small selection of sundry convenience items available for purchase. Since we had been on the road longer than expected, we had run out of clean clothes. I availed myself of the laundry room, purchasing a packet of laundry detergent for one load - worth every penny of the $4 for the convenience and clean clothing. The staff are lovely, friendly people, without exception. It can be difficult to find dog-friendly accommodations - especially last-minute - but I would feel confident about Hilton properties in the future, should the need arise.

Breakfast was great! Much better than the other places I've stayed. The manager went above and beyond to help me print my necessary cruise documents!

Being pet friendly, and the coffee needs to be replaced or clean up great the breakfast I am used to the breakfast for the embassy suite have a Hilton.
