The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was blown away by the variety. There are 4 or 5 star hotels that don't even offer the variety that Developer Inn has. I really wasn't expecting much for breakfast but it was a smorgasbord: scrambled eggs, lots of bacon, breads, belgian waffles, endless coffees, teas, cereals, croissants, oatmeal, and so on... Our room was small but very clean. There was a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and teas. The room also had a blow dryer, an ironing board, a safe, a mini fridge, lots of clean fresh towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face makeup remover. The staff were professional yet friendly and very accommodating. Strong air conditioning.

The outside walkways and stairwells could use a deep power washing. If they modernized the outside of the hotel, it would be the envy of the town because they've already got the internal rooms and spaces modernized. The service is already above average. Just spruce up the look of the hotel from the outside and you've got a place where everyone will be talking about.

There was a particular staff I am not sure of her name sadly but her hair was short so sweet. She works on the kitchen and the rooms. An African American lady( sadly I did not get her name). She was so sweet to me and my daughter and gave great advice. She was like a mother figure in a sense looking out for us.

If u don't see the housekeepers on the floor you can't make a request outside of that (or maybe I was not aware of same)for your room to be cleaned. First day we left and came back expecting our room to be cleaned but it was not. Let it be like a daily ask or another way to request for rooms to be cleaned when guests are not gonna be in for the day.

No TV and wasn’t informed about it until arrival

All we needed was a place to rest on our long drive from the Keys to NJ. We arrived to check in around 9pm - no problems with late check-in. The rooms were completelly modern, super clean. Must have recently audated. We had an adjoining room -- one queen bed in one room, and two queens in another. two bathrooms, fridge, coffee machine etc etc. Didn´t walk around the aread, but felt safe. Breakfast was plentyful and very complete in options. Juices, coffees, milks, eggs, bacon, fruit, etc etc etc. worth the money we paid.

The location of the motel was easy off & easy on to I-95. The room was clean and fresh looking. It had been recently renovated. It had all the amenities if you needed them, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator and safe. The tv was large and with a working remote. The bathroom was bright and clean. Sufficient towels were available. The included breakfast was abundant and varied between hot and cold foods. The staff was friendly and hospitable. This motel will be my go-to when I am in the area again.

I was not there long enough to find any complaints. I stayed overnight from 11PM - 8AM.

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, pillows the towels were of good quality thick and soft. Excellent price, a lot of choices for breakfast and fresh fruit. Was told of some places nearby that would be good to visit.

We couldn't find our room at first. Maybe a spotlight to light the sign with room numbers that are on the side of the building. Although the room numbers are big on the doors. We rode around looking for our room number, couldn't find it. But after checking back at the desk, I was told we had to walk to the room and told us where to park.

I loved the decor, the pretty logo, I loved how the rooms were set up the head boards were so pretty and the pillows were a cute touch! I loved that they put a laundry bag in the room it was a nice touch! The soap, shampoo, conditioner dispenser was one of my favs ! so convenient! The light in the bedroom was pretty cool it charges cell phones with no actual hook up ! didn’t get to use the pool but it deff looked nice and clean, goes up to 8 ft !! The coffee machine is my absolute favorite! It was sooo good ! They have different options for lattes, hot chocolate, espresso, ect. My kids loved the breakfast, they had a few different options and had toppings and whipped cream to put on waffles or coffee ect. The oatmeal set up was nice brown sugar, butter, fresh cranberries and raisins left along with different granola choices as well. Fresh fruit !! just so many different things to choose from !! good quality stuff ! If your a coffee drinker in the mornings this plays a huge part in how you start your day and wake up lol! Mine was lovely ! I even took a cup to go ! Another great thing was breakfast here is from 7am-10am which is cool some people like to wake up a little later for breakfast so every one gets a chance to go down in time ! When you walk into the hotel lobby it looks very pretty and smells soo good and clean ! The linens in our bed room were very clean and fluffy, they made sure to leave plenty as well! They also brang up a pack and play for us which was nice! My son slept peacefully in it ! They have vending machines with good drinks and pretty much like a little convenience store in the lobby with snacks food hygiene products, medicine in case ! Now that was a little pricey but meh that’s normally how it goes in hotels lol!

some of the traffic coming in and out at night chillin in the parking lots smoking pot and drinking being a little loud but other then that I loved everything else !

Didn’t serve breakfast earlier enough. We wanted to eat at 5am. And in full transparency and honesty, we don’t expect breakfast at 5 AM. That’s weird. We thought the space was perfect for a quick stay and had the majority of necessities needed. :) felt very safe with security presence

I really like the safe in the room. I was able to keep my jewels in the safe during the day, but something I didn’t like and I found very frustrating was the thread count on the sheets were a bit low. And there was no shampoo or conditioner provided.

The rooms are very clean and complete with everything you need. Although there was construction going on everywhere. The place was very organized. The staff were very professional and friendly.

One thing that I noticed. It is not a complaint but a suggestion. When I was taking the shower I tested the hot water. It was so hot that burn my fingers in just blick of a second. If a child gets exposed to that water, it would have a severe damage. For liability issues I will bring the water temperature much lower than what you have now.

I loved how quiet clean and I love the breakfast it was unlike any I've ever had.

There's not really much I didn't like other than I wish the refrigerators would get a little bit colder in the rooms and it'd be cool if we had an oven or a stove top but that's not an issue but the refrigerator definitely needs to be colder the milk for my baby kept going bad
