The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Location was good

We booked a disability room and my confirmation said so. Upon arrival I was told I booked a standard room. My daughter is 95% wheelchair bound. The room I was given was downstairs thanks God because my daughter would not have been able to get up stairs. The rooms are very small, much smaller then other hotels we stayed in. We were not able to use her wheelchair resulting in me having to assist her when having to walk. My daughter is not able to walk 1 step without holding on to someone ore something. Even then it is difficult for her to walk. Not getting the disability room as booked and confirmed was a painful inconvenience for her as walking causes her pain.

I stay at this location for work reasons Carla and Ms. AVA ARE THE BEST I RECENTLY LOST MY DAUGHTER AND THE BOTH OF THEM WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE MY HUSBAND AND I HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED DURING OUR STAY WHICH MEANT ALOT TO US .

Clean room nice bed very comfortable had a good time rest

The service was a little weak even doe it was one person and it was busy she handle it like a pro but a nice smile would it be better and i know customer service is not easy job.

.Carla at the front desk is always so helpful professional and polite during my stay . She always makes sure that we have everything we need during our stay. She is one of the reasons we continue to stay frequently.

Kay from housekeeping is very professional / friendly and makes sure I always have what I need when staying if it's not in the room she always makes it priority and i never have to ask twice 🙂

Me, my husband, my three small children stayed a total of 5 nights. This is our favorite hotel to stay at. Very nice to stay at.

The front desk lady Latoya. She not even had a good service. When I asked something , the answer was very bad I can't understand what she said. And wirh the customer before than me , was very root. I requested the rooms close , I had kids. The answer was something that I didn't expected. Other than that everything good. Front desk need people very nice. Thank you.

CARLA AT THE FRONT DESK IS ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL PROFESSIONAL and kind when I Stay. The Head of housekeeping as well she makes sure I have whatever I need as well.

50 deposit and they over charge me it was64 but they charge my card 90 that’s bad business if you ask me
