conveniently located close to everything we did with the family. zoo, beaches, downtown, shopping and restaurants. Beds, pillows and room was comfortable. Breakfast was good, the cinnamon rolls were hot and delicious. my kids loved the inside/ outside pool. The best part of our stay though was the staff!! The night clerk was great but the housekeeping staff was AMAZING!! We couldn’t have asked for a better crew! We will definitely be back and will stay here again!!

The front desk staff was excellent and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the staff in their was very good. In a great location and easy to find off 95.

The room was outdated, floor not clean in bathroom and entire room. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough had to clean myself. sofa had stains on it and iron broken. i asked for an disable accessible room but got reg. room.

location is great. I am moving to the area. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean. The spa tub is HUGE!!! I can’t go back to a normal size spa tub! I wasn’t expecting how big that spa tub is. The bed, omg! so plush and comfortable! I need to find out what beds they use. I melted in that bed. The pool is really cool. The hot tub is ah-mazing! I’m enjoying my stay here while I wait for my apartment

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was the right temperature and felt cool and comfortable. The bathroom and the room were very clean.

I booked the room for easy access to the airport and needed a shuttle at 5:00 am. The day I arrived I got an email that the hotel would not have shuttle service until 6:00 am. My flight was scheduled to leave at 6:30. This caused a lot of stress on how to get to the airport.

Rooms were clean, beds were super comfy. Shower water pressure was great.

Needs a little cleaning around the outside. Cigarette butts and bottle caps litter the back parking lot. Mulch could use a freshen up.

Pool was freezing Got charged $50 for room returnable deposit. Have not got that credit back to my AE account….why not??? Breakfast oranges were not fresh Very rude lady clerk when trying to get help with pull cart….waiting an hour and then went and got one myself…

From the first day I called the hotel for a couple of questions regarding payment, Brandy was always super helpful and nice. I travel a lot and not always do you get that sort of treatment. When I met her after she instantly recognized me and she was again, very nice and helpful. The hotel is pretty basic but very clean and the rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Bed and pillows super comfortable.

On the website and confirmation its advertised that they have free shuttle to the airport but it doesn't specify that its not available on the weekends. It's one the reasons i booked my room there and I was hoping to get the service saturday morning but the front desk manager informed me that it wasn't the case. I just wished it was specified somewhere.

the room was fairly clean, but the carpet was pretty old and stained in some places and the garbage had not been emptied. bathroom and linens were clean, though.

Very close to the JAX airport which made it convenient for catching our early morning flight! Also walking distance to several restaurants.

That the pool close at 10 pm and you can't get in after that time. It was my birthday but I didn't know it was goin to actually close but couldn't get in until the next morning
