My room was very clean with plenty of towels and soap. The cleaning ladies were really friendly and polite.You can smell the cleaning products as soon as you walk in. Even though the building set aside the highway, you can't hear the traffic being passed once you're inside which was a plus because I really wanted to relax. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were too soft for my liking. Overall a good hotel to stay a few nights 👍.

My only problem was my refrigerator wasn't mount into the shelf space correctly had to catch it everytime I opened it so it wouldn't tip over. They really need to consider cleaning the carpet in the rooms, my socks were dirty walking around the room so do not walk on the floor bare foot if you're a germaphobe.

We were Traveling needed to stop for the night. Booked online about 15 mins before we got there. check in was waiting for us- easy peasy. Very comfortable room Good breakfast- eggs and sausage better than other breakfast we have had on our trip.

Shower floor was a bit slippery, so we put a hand towel down This was our only issue.:)

We did not take advantage of the free breakfast as we were looking for more than what was offered. The room was comfortable and sized perfectly.

The hotel is supposed to be a non smoking hotel, but we smelled the odor of marijuana VERY strongly when we left the room in the morning. We did mention this to the man at the front desk at checkout. Also the elevator was a little scary as it kind of jumps and makes noises...a little scary! The area the hotel is in seemed to be a little sketchy too.

The check-in was fast and easy. The beds were comfortable. Nice size room, bigger than I expected, but was kind of like the pictures. We would stay again.

Definitely need to upgrade the beds, they're too noisy. You can't move or turn over without the person in the next bed hearing you. The carpet needs to be cleaned.

The bathroom was the best and very clean this hotel could use a Lil updating the furniture was all chip up and scratched but the runs was very clean

The breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. The staff kept the food area supplied with breakfast items.

We enjoyed everything. The staff and hotel was amazing.

I loved the location, fast and friendly service from the concierge, cleanliness of the room and hotel as a whole, the breakfast was delicious and there were options for people who like to eat healthy.

When I booked my reservation I put 2 adults and 3 kids .. but the front desk clerk gave me a room with one king size be in it... so I went back to her to tell her wat I reserved and she told me that the computer choose the room I get not her .. so I told her y did the computer pick that room and I showed her my confirmed reservation and she said the computer had something different.. She kept telling me she couldn’t do anything about it but I refused to sleep with 5 people in one kings size... So I kept telling her I don’t want this room and she eventually changed to a double Queen wat I reserved.... and the pool was so nasty and the elevator didn’t work and my room was on the 4 th floor so we had to walk up and down the stairs while we where there

Very clean, comfortable, great desk staff, however I was there 2/1/2 days three nights did not receive any maid service at all. Requested room clean up fresh towels, had get from front desk.

Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Drapes in the room were dirty and see through. Sofa bed was broken. Need better lighting.
