All staff was very helpful and friendly. Common areas were clean. Location was perfect, very convenient to restaurants, grocery, highyway and our local family was 5 mins away.

Bathroom cleanliness was subpar. Mud on walls. Soap from previous guest still in shower. Floor dirty-floor towel literally showed dirt from floor. Bathroom was not swept. Hair from previous guest on floor and shower. Towels did not appear to be completely restocked: 3 towels, 4 wash cloths, 3 hand towels. Toilet not cleaned thoroughly. Maintenance: Bath faucet coming away from wall. Shower head had green crust. Bathroom ceiling had dirt/mold.

location, easy to find

property was pretty, thought maybe new, until you see bathrooms and realize they left old tub in and poor caulking job. the pregnant girl at the front desk was rude when I ask her to repeat instructions to me.. “I have a hearing loss and if I can’t see your lips”while signing papers..she just walked off and the nice younger girl explained to me what I needed to do. I also disliked the piped in scent.. I love scents, but this was strong and not one I liked. I can only imagine how some people I know, who don’t like scents, would have walked out. it was fine in the rooms.

quiet location away from fireworks for pets...great size room great house keeping fantastic breakfast bar !!plenty of parking helpful staff places to eat in walking distance close to expressway ...of course pet friendly

rooms desperately need fresh paint new led bulbs bathroom desperately needs remodel over priced even for holiday weekend

1st night room was good but drapes wouldn't close right and tv screen to dark could not adjust lighting in room dull...in the morning I asked desk to correct ...when I returned later had stuff in hands and dog couldn't get in room cleaning person let me in... desk said they would switch rooms they had deactivated my room key I went to 5th floor by request and room was great Didn't care for pet fee but was one fee for whole stay (40.00) for two nights Beds way to high off ground and uncomfortable but good value for the price

Convenient location. Close to restaurants and fast food. Close to business. Room was big enough and had all amenities. Did find a yogurt under one bed but that would have been an easy miss. Cool air, quiet and comfy.

One one thing. The A/C made weird noises. Sometimes shaking, or vibrating or banging. It sounded like it was on last leg at other times. Mentioned it to front desk and they assured me it would be looked at.

The staff was helpful and even had both complimentary razor and tooth brush when we realized my husband had forgotten his. The breakfast was well stocked till the very end including the hot items. Big plus great water pressure in the shower

Everything was excellent. I felt like I was at home. Special cudos to the lady serving breakfast. She was on her toes the whole time making sure there was plenty of food. She went the extra mile to help my kid get pancakes and if someone looked lost and couldn't find something she stepped in and helped. Very professional! For the price of the hotel I couldn't imagine the surrounding hotels being any better.

I didn't like my clothes being slid to the end of the table hanging on the edge just so towels could be put into that spot when there was a whole other shelf and plenty of room beside of my clothes to put the towels.

I like the location of our room I have a handicapped son and it made it easier for me I love their breakfast that was really awesome I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express to friends and family and I will also come there again
