The staff were very friendly and helpful, they make you feel more like your staying with a relative then at a hotel. The rooms were a really good size for the price. The morning breakfast was great, highly recommend the biscuits. The staff were very informative about near by places for food and the little shop in the lobby was well stocked with stuff you honestly wouldn’t think you need until you see it and realized you forgot it. Beds were comfy and the air condition was wonderful in the Florida heat. Being from Chicago we all greatly appreciated the AC. Check in was quick easy and painless. In all honesty I would have rather spent a week there then going on the cruise I went on. Thank you to all their staff

We've booked this Hotel because it is 10 minutes from the JAX airport. We stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. The room was very big and comfortable. You can find plenty of good restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel. The breakfast was tasty but could have more variety. We also got a free ride to the airport which was awesome.

Be aware that the Hotel will block a certain amount on your credit card, which is fair and it is like this almost everywhere in the US. However, when I checked in, the lady at reception did not inform me about the amount. In my situation, the hotel blocked 600 USD. The hotel was very fast to help me to understand the situation and I appreciate that. Thank you!

The clerk, Samona was very accommodating and had excellent customer service! She is a huge asset to your hotel.

The breakfast could have been better. The eggs didn’t taste real, and I would have preferred a waffle maker. They offered a variety of instant oatmeal, grits, etc. They also had cereal and some fruit.

The spacious room, clean and comfortable, near the airport was nice as the flight was delayed and got in late. The staff was friendly and let me take a snack and drink from the little market for free after I got in late!

While being near the airport is nice, it's not exactly in an interesting neighborhood... I am light sensitive and there was a little too much light coming in through the window with curtain closed and under the door for my liking. But these are minor complaints, I give the hotel a good score overall.

My family stayed for 2 nights and we enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean and beds was comfortable. Sofa was able to turn into something similar to a daybed with extra bed that can pull out underneath. Employees were respectful and friendly. Breakfast was awesome. This hotel had the best waffles I ever tasted. Great location for dining and shopping. Will stay again.

I just think I should have been told there was a deposit n cash was not accepted the lady must’ve had a long day she just seemed to have short patience she didn’t greet anyone coming in and was just not into it, the next day she wasn’t as bad but she still Didn’t smile much as I had to get my keys reactivated like 6 times

We always book this stay when we travel to Jacksonville. However, the last visit wasn't how i planned it, dealing w the card situation. I usually book 2 rooms ( for family) && we would split it, this time the front desk decided to charge both of the rooms on my card && it messed me up a little heading home , b/c they ended up take the extra money I had from my card. && the beds seem to be a little hard

Not one thing to say negative about this place. Both times we stayed here has been great. Beds are comfortable and rooms cool and roomy. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was conveniently located. Easy to access. Walkable. The hotel itself was nice. My wife was pleased. Even during the holiday season. Thanks for those that spent the days making the hotel stay a success.

it was clean and easy access to surrounding cities and freeways. The fridge keeps stuff cold! Rooms are a nice size!

The beds could use an update they are very hard and squeaky. The hallway and elevator were very warm especially with it being 1000 degrees outside. pool could be more attended needs to be cleaned from debris at bottom.
