Rick behind the desk was great!! He was very friendly and accommodated us when we arrived early and allowed us to use the conference room so my wife could have a Zoom meeting. Then allowed us to stay there when a room was available, which he allowed us to check in earlier than 3 pm. Really appreciate him for his costumer service and assistance.

I felt the building was run down and not maintained very well, especially in the bathroom. The walls in the shower area needed serious attention, and I feel the entire building needed based on what I saw. I didn't like the shuttle from the airport. I waited for the shuttle for about an hour before being picked up and was told by Rick that they use a third party that shuttles their customers. Even if it's a third party shuttle, the vehicle should have the hotels it services so people know where it's going. That was part of the reason I waited for an hour, the shuttle came and left and did not announce where they were going. It wasn't until I called the hotel when I discovered "I" needed to ask every shuttle that came by if they were going to the hotel I reserved.

it was close to the airport and many other locations that I was interested in traveling, too… The pool was very nice, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the property itself was clean and well maintenances

my room was dated, bed was OK, I had a kitchenette area without any dishes in the cabinets or cookware to use, the water pressure in the shower was very little, the counter in the bathroom was cracked all the way through the granite. There were areas in need of repair, but overall it was clean and I enjoyed my stay there

The sheets were excellent. Housekeeping is excellent as the property was very clean. Front desk staff Paula Anderson was friendly, helpful, professional. It was an enjoyable stay

We called the hotel shuttle from the airport. It took 95 minutes to get a ride. And actually only because my partner noticed the very small writing of “Microtel” on the “Comfort Suites” shuttle. The front desk gentleman failed to mention this and only confirmed when we finally saw it. The driver doesn’t “look” for you. You have to find/flag him. it would have been extremely helpful to know this!! Plus the property is so close we could have walked!

It was very close to the airport and a few of my family members. It was also pretty close the River City shopping center.

The overall hotel was nice but the TV in my room would work correctly. The volume buttons changed the channel and the other buttons wouldn't work. The remote also only turned the TV up and not down and once I powered it on there was no way to turn it off without unplugging it. But that's an easy fix for the hotel to just replace the TV.

Kendall was nice, professional and helpful with straighting out our room problem. He was able to keep me calm and happy. He went well beyond his duty to help us.. He deserves a raise as that wasn't an easy task lol. Every one was really great. Room clean and cool.

You NEED more handicap rooms. You advertise roll in showers and handicap rooms and you only have one at this hotel. When I book a room I always book a roll in shower and handicap room. My husband has to have this room or he has problems. You really need to be able to furnish what you advertise. We stay at this hotel because we love the employees and the location. I have never had a problem before, but this time the people that had the room they decided to stay an extra night and this is what caused our problem. It wasn't your employees fault this was your fault.

convenient to airport and shuttle service. Breakfast service selective but good.

Not enough attention given to maintenance of room. Security latch was binding and caused high resistance making the door feel very heavy. Shower drain clogged. Light switch sticky, had to flick it several times to make it go on. Cover to a/c unit broken off. Original room was returned for a replacement room due to strong odor of urine although it appeared to be clean.

I was very impressed with the representative at the front desk the afternoon I checked in. Very Professional and offered suggestions of what to do and see while I was in Jacksonville. Do to an unforseen emergency in my family. I had to cut my stay short and return home ASAP. Like the Hotel. It's location and Staff.

The lady at the front desk was exceptional! We got there late and she checked us in. We had to leave very early and was was able to have breakfast. Shuttle service was excellent. I would not have stayed at the hotel without Shuttle.

Not much that I didn't like. I guess that the price for 4 hours could have been a little more economical. Other than that, it was fine.

Airport shuttle to and from Airport. I caught a ride from airport out front because my flight was delayed 5 hours. I couldn't make my overseas connection. I relaxed stayed two nights then took the shuttle back to the airport. Breakfast was good also. Hot shower. Clean. Had a good laundry room also, which I utilized.

Convenient location to the airport with 24 hr shuttle service, and friendly staff. I thought the cost was reasonable.

So often these smaller convenient hotels don’t maintain their bathrooms. This one, though clean and up to date needed to repair the shower faucet that was detaching from the tub. Also, their was a musty smell in the room. The breakfast was ok, but could have had a few more choices.
