Red Roof Inn Baldwin

The room was clean and big and had a small refrigerator and microwave. Parking was easy and it was close to a Bojangles which is one of my favorite fast food places. Breakfast had a few more options than expected. The pool area looked very good and I was sorry I didn't have time to try it. Staff were professional and friendly and seemed happy to answer all my questions. And, blessedly, the air conditioner worked very well.

The room looked a little older and could have used a fresh coat of paint. The mattress had a few small lumps and the pillows were all one style which was a little hard for me-so if you're particular, you may want to bring your own pillow. However, I had no more problems with my back than I do at home and I have a fancy bed.

Imron the clerk was exceedingly helpful and caring. I had just lost my mother and he went above and beyond to show his concern and provide sympathy to my family. The hotel and room were spotless! It was quiet and breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know!

Swimming pool was not open

The motel room was large and comfortable. A perfectly nice place to stay. But its hard to to find a place to eat. The waffle house next door is closed (where I had planned to dine). There's a burger king to the north and across the dual lane, travel heavy, county road. The Pilot Station on the other of the Waffle House had a Subway. The TA further up had an Arby's and a restaurant. Both barely staffed and I gave up trying to get an order through in both places. I settled on Subway!

The room was very clean

I didn't like the bathroom needs to be updated and I didn't like the fact that breakfast starts from 6:00am to 9:00am cut off time should at least be be at 10:00am.. Be eakfast area was being shut down before 9:00am wasn't much to choose from

It was a good hotel to stay with pets and kids. We spent one night, and everything was good. Breakfast was a surprise. The staff was friendly. We did check in late at night, and everything was good!

Breakfast was good. Not as many choices as some places, but sufficient. The location was fine; it was in the lobby.

I ran out of toilet paper, but when I asked it was replenished.

The location was great it was quite, gas station and restaurant very close an convince, the beds are also very comfortable very dark curtains perfect ac/heat

Good hotel for best price

The Property was great. It was quiet. The staff was extremely nice.

The interior of the room was a little run down. Some chips in the wall. Bathroom floor was cleaned properly.

It was a convenient location on our trip. Quiet, remodeled floors, no nasty carpet. Breakfast was to go bag, yogurt, cereal bar, muffin and apple.

Could be a little more plush.
