The fact that you charged me $27.10 "automatically," I called and spoke to your receptionist about this and she said I would receive the total refund within the week. I'm still waiting. My reservation was November 5, it is now December 4. Please look into this overcharge. I charged nothing to my room. I had coffee and a Danish from your 1st floor counter, but paid separately for these items. Thank you for your immediate attention. This rather spoiled my otherwise enjoyable visit. GReat room!! Comfortable

1- scrambled eggs were beyond dry. 2- original room had barking dogs next door. second room was quite comfortable. 3- We were promised a $40.00 courtesy refund for having to change rooms. We have not received it. Staff was quite nice.

The facility is a little older but still nice. The pool area was nice, and it was nice that we were able to use the pool areas at 2 other hotels nearby. The location was convenient for what we were doing.

We had a room that faced Overseas Highway and it was very noisy.

The property was clean, and within walking distance to a great restaurant, where you can sit on the water. The manager was present and so friendly, making conversation and helping his employees at the bistro, and at check in. Also a Starbucks and made to order breakfast right in the lobby.

Beds very comfortable, we were able to get a handicapped room. Cookies were incredible!

Bathroom floor pretty, but slippery when wet. Would have liked access to coffee in lobby 24 hours. Outlet for room coffee pot did not work, we plugged into the bathroom outlet. We reported it.

I will be back soon keep 123 or another room open and I’ll look out on the next fly back I am thinking After or before my next May 7th flight out, just for the weekend if no hurricane

Always like that in tourist life

Great location for us as we did a tour of the keys. It was near several good restaurants and the room was very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was also good.

No issues noted.

Very comfortable room

Staff told me I wouldn’t be charged due to leaving early because of the tropical storm. I was charged for the full stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great the place was beautiful and clean I would recommend it to anybody and I want to go back soon

Nothing I did not like

Amazing staff and very clean rooms. The marine view is worth the extra price! Amazing food in walking distance - try Skipper’s Dockside!
