I loved the Marina/Waterview, and the property was lovely. Huge Pool and Huge Tiki Bar, overlooking the Marina. Skippers Dockside Restaurant with indoor seating is adjacent to the Tiki Bar. It was also convenient to have a Sports Bar next door, Sharkey's, open late, so I was able to catch the Wild Card Football Game, Rothesberger's last game with the Steelers after 18 years! 3 minutes from the best Restaurants & Tiki Bars in Key Largo!

My Marina View room with 2 double beds did have a mini fridge but didn't have a microwave as I expected.

Upon arrival we decided to extend our stay an extra night. Location was Brilliant for us. Staff were very helpful. We were able to park (free of charge) and walk to restaurants and shops. Pool area well maintained and clean. Lots of sun lounges and free pool towels. 2 restaurants either side of the report which were great and convenient. Small lawn area with hammocks and games for guests to use. Free Small breakfast options. Not gourmet but at least something was offered to get you started for the day. Free ice machine on each landing. Guest Laundry ($2). Guest gym is well equipped.

I didn't have a high expectation due to some of the reviews about the rooms being run down. Which they are a little, but I don't think some of the reviews were warranted. However, the rooms are clean and quite large. The resort is slowly making an effort to upgrade rooms and furniture.

The property location is absolutely stunning, you don't get much better then the florida keys and a marina. They had a lovely sitting area with Games for some fun, large Hammocks to lounge in, loved watching the boats and the fact you are allowed to use the pools at the other connecting resorts is awesome. Also great restaurants to eat at on site. We had a fabulous time and would love to return.

The rooms are very dated , however we were never in the room unless it was ro sleep because the grounds and whole are is so beautiful. The beds were huge and super comfy aswell. Breakfast was underwhelming, although it put food in our stomach so saved us some cash.

Friendly, professional people. We really liked the breakfast lady. She went above and beyond! Comfortable, spacious rooms with air con and ceiling fan. Fabulous view... we even saw a manetee in the marina during breakfast. Good restaurants nearby. Nice little gym, too.

No WiFi. Was told they were having problems with android devices connecting to it. Pool was very warm and couldn't use pool in the morning, during stated opening hours, as it was being cleaned. However, we were able to use the pool across the road at Holiday Inn. Mirrors and windows in our room needed a good clean.

I loved the pool area, and that our room faced the water. that was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed watching the boats go by in the morning. The restaurant on property and next door was very good as well. live music and frozen drinks! The beds were nice and I slept well both nights. The view was adorable and very satisfying to start the days off. There was a cute table and chairs that I wasn’t sure belonged to the unit I was staying in but I did take advantage of them.

I didn’t like the rooms, the closet doors were a little difficult to slide open and close. The bathroom where the toilet and shower are is extremely small with a door that makes it feel even smaller. They feel very outdated when inside but function as they should

The hotel overcame our expectations. The bed is very comfortable, sheets made with high quality cotton. The apartment has a kitchen well equipped and a friendly living room. From the balcony you can have a great view of a marina channel (very close to boat trips - diving, fishing, glass bottom boat). The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast. The fee is fair and honest relating to the hotel offers. I warmly recommend this hotel, and will be back in a future opportuniy.

I suggest to install a curtain in the room.

Lovely location by a boating channel, with great pool and fabulous good value open-air restaurant, Skippers.

The room was very tired and badly in need of renovation/modernisation. Cooker was so old we were afraid to use it and kitchen facilities were minimal. Room had dark and grimy feel. When I mentioned all this to receptionist on check-out, he replied with a broad smile: "Yes, I know!" Well fix it then. There was a table and chairs on balcony outside but it was not private and staff and other guests passed by. The place has great potential but modernisation issues need to be addressed.

View, and scenery were beautiful, perhaps eve more than expected. The facillity was very easy to find. Our room was as expected. The bedding and and equipmentt comfortable. I was a bit surprized to find daily cleainng as many places changed tto onnly cleaninng after check outt for those who stayy very few days. The breakfast was good and adequate choices but the best part was eating itt on the patio overlookig the marina.

We had a terrible ttime making the keys work in our room door. But the staff was good at helping. The fluushing device onn the toitlet sommettiime ran much longer tthan itt should have.

The location and the pool were gorgeous! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!

For the price the room was painfully small and there wasn't even a microwave!!!!

Incredible location on the marina. You have two different pools available, and there are two restaurants close to It where you can walk that are really nice and with really good food. The first two days we saw a manatee and a Dolphin while having breakfast in the terrace

The room was big but anonimous, a little sad and could use some renovations I wish they offer more options for breakfast!
