Excellent location, well maintained rooms, very clear. Welcoming staff and good breakfasts. Possibility to rent a kayak or a fishing rod, and buy fishing bait directly in the hotel, and a good fishing place just on the beach. A supermarket and some good restaurants in a few minutes away, and good driving times to the Theater of Sea and other attractions nearby. A warm and clean pool. Iguanas and ibises at the territory. USB sockets near the bed.

I asked a receptionist if the water is safe at the beach and she confirmed; so I went swimming and just a few minutes after I exited water, a 6-7 ft long crocodile swam right where I just did. You'd better swim in the pool! :)

The beach area of Hampton Inn exceeded our expectations. The loungers were comfortable and number available to the guests were more that adequate. They should include pictures or video of the manatees that stay close to their beach area. A man was cleaning his boat and they came close to get the fresh water. They were like puppies rolling on their backs to get a spray of water.

Hard to find. Sits back off the road and the sign and building are not visible from the road. Decent breakfast, but not great.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfy. Beds are very comfortable, air conditioning works well, has small fridge and microwave in room, as well as a convenient sink and cabinets for storage. Clean towels brought right away when requested, our stay was for a few days, so we went through quite a few towels. Any time we needed assistance for anything, the staff promptly took care of everything, pleasantly and professionally.Breakfast is a very nice assortment of HOT food options, as well as fruits, breads,juices, etc with a nice seating area available to enjoy it in. The beach was fantastic, calm clear water, perfect for relaxing with the family. Plenty of beach chairs available for all, space in sun or shade, whichever you prefer. Plenty of local wildlife (Manatees, huge iguanas) to view and enhance your experience. Kayaks, SUPs and paddleboats available for rent on site.Pool was the perfect temperature, and of ample size to not feel cramped. Pool towels kept replenished in a timely fashion. Gardens well kept, with nice walking paths throughout. Nice tiki bar on site.

Everything about our visit was better than expected! The ONLY thing this hotel doesn't have is a hot tub, and with everything else they have, you'll hardly miss it.

We were very happy with the size and layout of our room and it was nice to have a balcony overlooking the pool. The beach and evening Tiki bar was a nice addition to relax at the end of a long day and the breakfast bar had enough options to get us started in the morning.

The front desk staff seemed rushed to get us out of their way. They weren't overtly rude but not overly friendly. We rented a kayak from the hotel and when returning our paddles, mentioned we saw a small alligator in the canal. We were quickly chastised by the staff for going into the canal, even though it was not posted, nor were we previously told not to enter that area. More Communication may have made our experiences with staff more pleasant.

THE STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL. The BEST and friendliest customer service from when you check in to when you leave. LOVED that the hotel is PET FRIENDLY! bringing our pups was the best- 1 large and 1 small. EVERYDAY, you will receive a text message asking how is your stay, if you need any fresh towels, etc. Everything you need is on the property. My parents are big into breakfast and breakfast is over the top… out of this world- perfect! Pool access right outside the balcony, tiki bar and a beautiful view of the ocean/ beach activities. I went to the fitness center everyday & it’s everything you need to get a good vacation workout. They also have a laundry mat!

Staff were a little bit unfriendly and not very supportive at times refused to give us Wi-Fi as we arrive early than our 3pm but being a foreigner we have to connect from one hotel from the other check out are 12 so there is a big gap we were unable to communicate with family as our phones were not working in America that was a very big RED FLAG. If you want international guests you have to understand there needs. We were helped by local supermarket so I won’t be staying there again sorry.

The location is perfect. It's close to everything from dining to activities to shopping. You never have to leave the property if you don't want. My husband and I enjoyed staying on the property as much as possible so I could relax by the man made beach and he could fish. There's no way to experience everything Key Largo has to offer in one vacation so we'll be headed back in the fall.

You have to pick the dates you stay carefully because of price. If possible, go in the off season and during the week. Better price per night, and less crowded around town.

It’s location was perfect as our first nights stay of a 3 week vacation, as we travelled from Miami to Key West. The lady on reception upon our arrival was lovely, and welcomed us wonderfully. Room great, beach area better, pool fab too. A great choice to get us started.

Very little, breakfast was perhaps a little busy, but that’s just an indication of how popular the hotel is, and deservedly so. Whilst not cheap to stay, value for money was fine as we appreciate we were in the Keys,

A beautiful hotel, very nice and well maintained rooms, clean and good bathroom. Good breakfast: fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, etc. Very nice (private) beach + swimming pool. Friendly staff, both in breakfast room and outside bar. Well situated, with carparking in front of room. A very pleasant stay! And an appreciated bonus: the hotel also looks after the environment: finally a hotel that cuts down on the us of plastics for breakfast (f.e. carton boards in stead of plastic).
