The staff is friendly, informative, and extremely personable! We felt we were staying at a friend's house rather than a commercial property. They helped us book a sunset cruise and called a taxi for us when it was time to depart. The room was spectacular, very clean, and met our every need. The poolside area was well-maintained and quiet, providing a relaxing respite from the day's adventures. Best of all, we were close enough to shops and museums, and there's a great variety of restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance. Overall, we could not have picked a better stay! We've been traveling to Key West for 30 years, and this resort is now at the top of our list! We expect to become repeat customers!

As much as we loved our view of the Gulf of Mexico, it was largely blocked whenever a cruise ship came into port almost daily. They didn't stay any longer than a day, but one was replaced by another and then another. In all fairness, the ships were not loud or obnoxious, but their sheer size crowded out most of the harbor. As a 30-year veteran of traveling to Key West, such a large vessel seems very out of place. There are other unobstructed views of the Gulf to enjoy if you feel the view is bothersome.

Location and harbour view are amazing, pool facilities were nice and not too busy. Our studio was well equipped with a fridge and some crockery. Great big bathroom. Concierge staff were friendly and helpful. Resort was very clean.

Studio units have no view or outside space which meant we couldn’t spend much time relaxing in our room. AC unit is very noisy but it got too hot with just the fan on overnight. It didn’t bother us but the pool is under the flight path for the airport so quite a few planes passing throughout the day. There is no on-site bar. There were a few large iguanas around the pool which I understand is an issue generally in Florida but was not very pleasant.

This was our second visit with Hyatt Residence Key Club, and we felt like we never left. We loved our room, the very friendly and helpfiul staff, and our proximity to shops, museums, and other activities!

I have no specific dislikes from our stay. There was some work being done on the hotel during the day, but we were out most of that time, so the renovations did not effect our enjoyment of the room and facilities.

We booked a one bedroom suite and was given the one bedroom condo. It was perfect for our group of girls since it had to full bathrooms!

Same suggestion as last year…a foam topper for the sofa bed would be great. The sofa mattress is super thin so you’re basically sleeping on a hard surface. Luckily I was the only one sleeping on it so I used the sofa cushions to make a raised platform in the middle of the bed.

we travelled with two teenagers and stayed in a one bedroom suite. location was absolutely perfect we walked to everything. the suite had a lovely terrace with ocean and pool views and was equipped with everything we needed including kitchen utensils. Kathy in the reception was so helpful and welcoming and really went out of her way to assist us. The sofa bed in the living room was ok but a bit hard for our taste. otherwise perfect we would stay here again!

the location was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go, the sunset was beautiful from our room and the staff was wonderful and accommodating.

people were out reserving the majority of the pool chairs at 7:00 am, most never even coming back out until the afternoon. there was a sign stating this was not allowed, but it was definitely allowed. (also pretty common anywhere you go).

Bathroom floor was filthy and dust all over. A better cleaning job could have been done. Also a larger room without the chairs squeezed in would be nice and a full kitchenette with sink. Pictures were misleading and for the price seemed chintzy. Parking should also be included

Better than the photos! We agree with the reviews that location is fantastic, but that sells the facility short as does the photos. Our two-bedroom unit was clean and updated and well provisioned for cooking but given the location near so many restaurants we didn’t take advantage of the kitchen much. The pool area, though small, is delightful and has a fantastic view of the harbor and the sunset. We would definitely return to this property snd stay longer. Staff were wonderful! The WiFi had a problem and a staff person came immediately to fix the router issue. Would give it higher if it had even a small coffee shop.

The only drawback is the lack of any food on site. A small coffee shop with snacks would be helpful. However, you can walk to many places, but if you’re set up by the pool that’s inconvenient. Hint: plan ahead and have food at condo. Lastly, gps weirdly stops you at the Truman annex and coming in the dark, it’s a little tough to find.

Loved the location! It's conveniently located to Duval Street and several other places we knew we wanted to visit. We just walked to all of the places because it was so close to everything. I also loved the pool! It was so beautiful and the ocean in the background plus being able to watch the sunset was perfect. The staff were also phenomenal! They were so kind and accommodating. And for the great price we booked, everything exceeded our expectations.

Honestly, I can't think of anything without nitpicking. The only thing I can think of is that our room had an adjoining door with another customer, but we really only heard them one or two times. Our room was also next to the elevator, so we'd occasionally hear people dragging their luggage through or cleaning carts, but again, it really didn't disrupt us. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was that only one of the two washer and dryers were working, so we had to wait for another customer to get done, but again, it wasn't a big deal.

Location was excellent, great view, easy access to Key West harbour and Duval Street. Pool facilities were excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable for our daughter. There are no breakfast facilities, but we knew this when booking, it wasn't a huge problem. Car Parking was expensive.
