We booked "Gulf Front". Yes, it was "Gulf/Ocean Front" room, but the floor is only 1st floor (= 2nd Floor height.). The Ocean view was "OK" level. Actually, we paid extra $57 + taxes and upgrade to King premium room. The floor was 3rd floor (= 4th floor height) and the view was excellent because the room have 2 balconies. We didn't need to attend the Sunset cruising because we could much enjoy the sunset from the balcony!! It was speechless view and the moments. I recommend the future guest to reserve King premium gulf front room! I also recommend having dinner at the outside of Flamingo restaurant table for enjoying the awesome foods and sunset with your prater and/or family!

I don't feel anything I didn't like at Hyatt! All staff (including Bar & Restaurant staff and housekeeping staff) are friendly and business manner!!

Loved the spacious room and the balcony view of the beach. The bathroom was also large and well ventilated. The property is well located and has a hot tub, pool, sandy beach, and deck seating available.

The pool area was small and the pool was shallow. The pool area was very limited with seating which was noticeably so when every single lounge chair had been claimed. People evidently claim their lounge chairs and then leave the area to return at their whim, while others wait for a vacancy.

Beautiful location, views were amazing, property upkept well. Employees Allia and Sasha at check in were both amazing, friendly and helpful. They definitely knew how to deliver on customer experience.

Two recommendations - in the bathrooms in the room, need somewhere to hang wet swimsuits. A retractable clothes line or more hooks would be helpful. Second - the coffee maker did not work well and housekeeping did not replenish the sugar/creamer. If they are replacing with clean coffee mugs and coffee they should give more of that as well.

Great location and only hotel with access to beach without leaving resort. Staff is great especially bellman! Super super helpful!

Our room is clean & modern. But toilet had a problem made noise all night reported a few times didn't get fixed. Fan was making noise was lose. They did fix after first night. Then after 2 days the safe decided not to open. They opened it but couldn't get it to lock. Had to wait until next day. Didn't ruin our stay just annoying especially toilet noise running all night. But hotel itself is great.

We stayed in room 3404 the view was excellent (pool and partial ocean view) Actually see a large portion of the ocean, The room was comfortable. The room was clean. The proximity to mallory square was nice. The handiness of scooters, and carts as well as the Floridays tours being on site at the dock was great. We went on a sunset cruise and we didn't have to tavel to the dock. We ate at latitudes and teh proximity to the dock to ferry over was within wwalking distance. Easy to hit Dual St. Loved it.

My only regret is not gong through the Hyatt Centric to make the reservations, I think we paid a good amount more than we should have through a booking site.

Location, friendly staff

The floors in the room were dirty. My feet were black from walking on them. Also, the flooring inside and out was very slippery. I fell once and also witnessed another woman falling in the bricks outside. Also, the cleaning staff left our room door open when they left. We discovered it when we returned to our room. This happened to one of our travel companions also

Front desk people was so friendly and welcoming, but so was the rest of the hotel staff as well. I liked the rooms, comfy bed and a nice small balcony you could sit on and enjoy the sunset. Pool area was great with a easy access to the pool bar, the crew at the bar was awesome. I also liked that the hotel had a great variety of rental equipment's, everything from bicycles to golf carts. Definitely coming back.

The room and view were beautiful. I loved the pool area with the bar and music. Very relaxing and fun at the same time. I was afraid we'd be too far north and have to walk extra to get to everything but it was perfect!! My husband and I both agreed when we go back to Key West we will stay at Hyatt Centric again. The location was perfect, the vibe was perfect and we had such a wonderful time.

Room was clean. Fantastic shower! Location is excellent, so close to Mallory Square. Lots to do! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

My only comment (not a complaint) is that the pool is rather small and only 3.9 ft deep. Spa (hot tub) was great though!

Location is perfect. I would give all five stars for it. It’s very close to Duvel street and all other main attractions in key west. Also, you have beautiful beach by the side of it. 😊

The bathroom room was so bad. It was a very heavy wooden door that did not slide well at all. Also, you have to pay for parking every night. Paying so much for the accommodation already, and then having to pay extra for just parking did not go well with me.
