Great location, easy walking distance to everything, beautiful pool and beach area.

Our room was located in the Spa building, was very loud at times, when doors opened and shut, the room vibrated, people’s voices echoed loudly. Also they put it us in a handicap room for no apparent reason, that was next to the spa so people were constantly coming and going, creating echoing voices especially early in the morning. Closet, shower , toilet, and sink we’re all in the same room not convenient for 2 people when getting ready.

the hall and atrium were not as clean as it could have been on arrival. However it was being cleaned when we left and it looked great.

I love the location as well as having the spa on site. I have stayed here many times and always loved it.

I think the door to the spa as well as the door to the front desk should be in automatic door so you’re not struggling with your luggage. I also think that if you gonna put a rain shower in a walk-in shower you need to also add a handheld showerhead for women please.

Location of the hotel itself is great, the facilities are great, and the beach access was unique.

Our particular room may have been the worst at the site. Not that it was bad, just the worst location. I was sure I booked a partial water view.

Loved the location of this resort and that we had parking available along with a pool and beach. It was great having a restaurant and bar on the property. We could walk to many destinations easily. It was also nice to get two bottles of water each day in our room. The staff was always very pleasant and very hard working!

The hot and cold water in our room didn't seem to work right. We could never get cold or even cool water out of the bathroom faucet and one day the shower was totally scalding. The A/C was quite noisy and even though I requested a balcony and paid up for it, I didn't realize there would be no view of anything but lots of vegetation. It was very private but we would have liked to see something other than tropical plants.

An excellent property perfectly located with beautiful gardens, water features, and a wonderful turtle pond. Choice of a lovely swimming pool or a beach and the ocean. It is close to Mallory Square and right at the end of Duval Street. We walked everywhere every day. Enjoyed exploring many attractions, restaurants, shopping, and great coffee! The staff is exceptional!!! We travel quite extensively and would highly recommend Pier House.

The property is great. I had a street view and it still felt private. The private beach is well well worth it. We spent hardly any time in the pool and all in the ocean. There are great dining options on the property. Also great staff! Shout out to Michal (beach) and to all the beach servers.

It was a little hard to navigate at first, but they do provide a map. The room itself was a bit cramped but we loved the stand in shower bathroom!

The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were comfy the location was excellent best place to stay close to everything we surly will stay at the pier house resort again thank you we loved it the beach n bar n food are all so close very convenient

Nothing to complain about

Staff are wonderful. Location is perfect. We have stayed here many times since 2007. The cost may at first seem expensive however location superb, and the amenities are excellent. We love the Chart Room, the poolside bar, the piano bar, the pool, the Ocean, and proximity to the stores and restaurants. We will always come here. Love it. Thank you so much. We are celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary and my wife's 71st birthday. Thanks so much!

Everything is and was great. I rather be here then anywhere when my wife and I want to feel special and get away in unique and beautiful. We are world travelers and we rather be here than anywhere. This place is unique. We will always come back. No need for a car. No need to leave the area. This place is special to my wife and me. Our favorite getaway!

Great private beach, warm pool, extremely friendly staff. Perfect location for walking the town. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable.

We were on second floor and the person below smoked every morning on their patio. Smell was annoying as non-smokers trying to enjoy our deck. Never followed up to find out if allowed or not, so that's on us, but we're used to staying in 100% non-smoking.
