Love the location, love that the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We also make great use of the kitchen and the grills every time we stay there. Love the large fridge. Beds are comfortable. The rooms have everything we could want for, and more. The pools and the grounds are awesome. Only dislikes....this time our room wasn't as clean as it has been in the past. The kitchen drawers were full of crumbs and other dirt. The night stand drawer had a previous guest's hair and other filth in it, and the top had sticky beverage rings. Our feet were filthy immediately after entering our room and walking on the tile floors. We have stayed several times in the past, and these things have never been an issue.

This is a great value for a great resort. The furnishing are not really up to date but not the worst either. But the space is great. Pools were warm (must have been heated). The location is great and the amenities are really good. We saw a ton of dogs as two of the buildings are pet friendly. Will definitely visit again with our pooch!

Only real issue was the mattress in the master (king) bedroom - we had the 2 bedroom lockout - it was old and made terrible noises when we turned over. Not uncomfortable but it would wake us up when we slept.

The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and they were cleaning constantly. The grounds were well kept. Our suite had everything we could need for a week stay, laundry in room, dishes, full kitchen, large balcony, and large living space! It was a great stay.

There were a lot of long term retirees at the property and they were a little territorial at the pool! Some seemed bothered by children playing in and around the pool. No food or drinks allowed on pool deck. We like to enjoy snacks and cocktails at our chairs near the pool and this was not allowed unless you were sneaking it. Then we felt bad.

WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT A BREAKFAST THAT WE PAID FOR BUT WERE NOT ABLE TO ATTEND, AND OUR MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDED FOR. Staff was nice, but not able to explain or spoke little if any english. THE BED WAS HARD AS A ROCK AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, But other than that a wonderful, beautiful, nice place to stay for the original price.

Room was clean, lots of space; well stocked; I was under the impression that we were getting a large room, but in fact we got 2 separate rooms, a 'lockoff' as it was called; you entered the room from the hallway and then there was an A door and a B door; the A side had a living area, bathroom, king size bed in bedroom and then a pull out sofa; the B side had the same layout other than it was a queen size bed; it was very roomy and it was fine for us, but those with young children may not want the separation. It was easy to get to/from the resort.

Thought the building was a bit difficult to find. Also, we checked in late and we received directions to the building but did not realize there was an elevator so the first night we climbed 6 flights of stairs. The elevator was actually at the complete opposite end of the building :( We did not have time for any of the amenities, such as the pools or activities, so cannot speak to those features. There are multiple buildings on the property but it seemed as though everyone was at the same one; parking was a bit tight the second night we stayed. Would definitely stay again if in the area, and hopefully for a longer period of time so that we could enjoy some of the amenities.

I loved the location of the pool and proximity of the room to the elevator. The rooms were not connected but we were provided with door stops, so that allowed for me and my child to have an easier flow.

I wish there were sheer curtains behind the regular ones. I felt very exposed when I opened the curtains. I know it is random, but I wish there was a notepad and a pair of scissors in our room.

Size of room (kitchen, bedrooms, living room, patio) was wonderful. Free laundry onsite was very helpful. The pool area looked great (did not use due to weather), free parking

Rooms could have been a bit cleaner, some smell of standing water in the room closets, soundproofing was terrible - located next to a side exit door and I could hear every suitcase being wheeled and conversations happening, next time would request to book on a higher floor where sound would probably have been less of an issue

Love the separate rooms. I had one unit, daughter had other one. Great view of pool and nice pool area. It was off season so nice and quiet. The staff was very nice and really worked with us on every issue we had. The only thing there aren't any restaurants or stores to get any items. Have to leave the resort for everything that is needed. Place is large so if want to go to other areas alot of walking. But had a very relaxing time and looking forward to returning soon.

Upon arrival hotel staff was very nice - from check in to assisting us to our building. Rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed (we had an A/B unit with full kitchen). All the pools were well maintained and warm - decent amt of hot tubs as well. Free parking. Within 10 mins to all Disney Parks - 25 mins from Universal. Close to shops, dining, and other activities. When staying off Disney property this will be my new go to!!

Considering service! The bath tub is a little bit blocked, and the faculty responded to me and came to solve this problem within 10 minutes! The vacation I spent may not have been a busy season, so the hotel is really cheap, and this place is relatively very close to Disney World. Anyway, it was beyond my expectation!

There is no kettle in the room, so I have to buy expensive bottles of water at the vending machine on the 2nd floor of the building. I wish there could be a kettle。
