We were shuttling all over the Disney/Celebration/Davenport area and the location was great. The suites were enormous with great kitchen and laundry facilities - just what you need for a long stay (we were there two weeks). The beds are fine with an extra pull-out in the living area. The pool is big and great for kids. The gym is modest but functional. All the shopping you will need is right nearby. Lots of parking space (we ended up with four cars at one point when guests came to visit!). Although the resort was busy it was never noisy as all the apartment blocks are well-separated - unless, I guess, you are by the pool. They come to clean once a week which you can just arrange at your convenience.

The buildings are quite drab and the apartments plain so on arrival it can seem slightly down-at-heel - they are certainly well-used but this does not affect the functionality. But it is not a great aesthetic experience and families expecting a Disney-type resort will be disappointed. We had to work on the A/C as one of the rooms was a bit warm but by closing the vents in other rooms we managed to concentrate enough air there to solve the issue quickly.

The room is very confortable. It is actually a small apartment, with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washing and drying machines, 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, 1 smaller bedroom with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room... more than enough to feel at home while being away from home. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. The facilities include a swimming pool, tennis court, and BBQ areas.

The 2 beds in the second bedroom are small, they should be at least twin size. I am 5'8'' and find the bed small, larger people will definitely find it very uncomfortable. That said, the room does have a sofa bed.

Great room. When I described it to my family, they thought I must have paid a ton, when in fact it was great value! The rooms exceeded my expectations for space, comfort and quality. It was clean, comfortable, and my family had a great stay. I love that the outdoor pool is open late - until 11:00 p.m. Great location - we were so close to Disney that we heard the fireworks from the pool. It was a 10 minute drive to the parks. Overall, we were very happy with it and would stay again. 🙂

The only thing I was sad about was that the hot tub was closed off and I ran out of hot water when I tried to take a bath, so I couldn't fill the tub all the way.

Located close to the Disney resort, the facility had everything that you could wish for. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable, with excellent cooking facilities. The pool area had regular social activities, and onsite bar area, and play area for children. Nearby stores (car required) for groceries, etc.

No elevators so if you have mobility difficulties, getting to the second / third floor of the facilities would be a challenge. Although the location itself is excellent, there is not much to see / do in walking distance, so a car is required.

Everything was great, the Villa was big and spacious. It came with everything you need for a few days stay. The washer and dryer came in handy, also the full kitchen. The master bedroom was nice with the screened in patio with the nice pool view. The bartender Kaley was awesome she was very welcoming and her drinks were really good. The location was nice, it was close to all the parks and tourist spots. I will definitely be staying here again next year. My family loved it......I give this place 5 stars. My kids were in the pool the whole time we stayed for the July 4th holiday. They enjoyed the movie at the pool the first day we arrived. I was able to stay in one of the newly updated villas. Also Mario the front desk manager was very nice and helpful.

One of the front desk employees (an older Indian man). He was not welcoming at all from the time I walked in the door. He seemed to have a small attitude. We had a small misunderstanding at check in time. He was very rude when it came time to try to solve the issue. His customer service skills are horrible. He's not a friendly person at all. Mario end up helping us out with the issue because the Indian employee got an attitude and said he was going to break because he got such an attitude with me. Later that same evening he was also rude to some other guests that were checking in. He really shouldn't be working the front desk with his attitude.

Loved the SPACE! There is sso much room in the apartments compaired to a hotel. The sstaff was superb. The pool was clean and well cared for. My 11 year old loved the activities. They are geared more toward younger kids but all can enjoy depending on the child. Great stay.

The resport fees need to be better explained on the booking.ccom as it is confusing when checking out, but in the end it ended up being the same price at check out from the hotel when booked. The set of seemed different than most hotels on the way they bill it out is all.

Location of Parkway is excellent. The apartments are large and well appointed always very clean and have everything you need. The Pool area is really lovely ( maybe the choice of music could be a little better - rock music from 8am not everyone's choice ) . Staff are always welcoming and super polite.

We love Parkway so this doesn't really apply I'm sure others will complain about the maintenance that was in process but everyone has a job to do.

Huge space for our party of 6. Great master suite with huge tub. I’m over 6’2” and I was able to go stretch out in the tub and still have lots of room: that is not something I’m used to. The location was good if you want to explore Kissimmee. Having a full kitchen and laundry facilities in the room was a great benefit!

After check in we were told we were given a promotional rate and we were supposed to sign up for a time share sales pitch (and be given a bonus for doing so). I didn’t appreciate the sales push when the booking didn’t mention anything about it. We weren’t available for any of the time slots anyway so it didn’t matter. Hard to figure out how to check in when we first arrived as Google Maps and IPhone take an entrance no longer in use. Furniture was outdated (which was fine as a hotel but if they’re trying to sell time shares they’ll want to update that). Room had not been cleaned well. We found a number of items left behind by the previous guests.

I'll return! It was so good, I'm considering this place to be the only one I'll stay at when visiting Orlando. VERY CLEAN and the staff is very friendly. 2 Bathrooms and plenty of space to have great accommodation for families with small kids. Towels and bed sheets were clean and we got everything we needed in the kitchen to cook during our stay. Look for no more, this is the place you need to stay.

Nothing bad to say about the place. It was actually very good.

The apartment was perfect and exceeded expectations - it had a full kitchen and even a laundry, with detergent! The mattress was the most comfortable my mother-in-law had ever experienced in her life.

I chose the place quickly, based on the initial price shown on the map - usually this is the total price, but not in this case. It would also have been nice to know that the pool was temporarily closed before booking.
