That they were renovated, with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. One pool being cooled the other pool being heated. They also have a slide which the kids loved! Honestly was our soul purpose of getting the hotel and honestly very glad we did. Loved how they have coy fish in a outside area where you can relax with fire places, and tables. Loved the fact they had a bar and servers out by the pools taking orders for drinks and food as well!

They are still doing outside renovations so it was kinda an eye sore by the pool and we weren’t expecting it to be under renovations still, as it said “newly renovated” didn’t say still renovating outside. But they did keep up blockers for the pool so you didn’t have to look directly at the work being done. There were guys drilling during part of our 3 days at the pool, and it was kinda a “what the heck moment” they also don’t tell you about the additional $15 a day parking or the extra $100 deposit when we booked on booking so $399 we ended up paying $445 plus $100 deposit making $545 with a return of $100 when you leave.

The staff was super friendly and informative. Lobby was beautiful, clean and smelled so good. The room was super clean, and the beds were so comfy and warm, nice size bathroom. I loved that they provided big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower incase you forgot your own. My son loved the pool area with the slide. The location was great!! Overall great place to stay, I can't wait to stay again.

Our television kept going in and out of service due to the bad weather one day. Parking is $17/night. Some food and drinks were a little expensive at the hotel.

Property was very clean. No weird smells like the ones you find in cheap hotels. Environment was good for families with kids. Staff was very nice. Distance to theme parks was under 15 minutes.

I had to pay $17/night for parking which I think for the price I paid for the rooms, parking should have been included. There was a $28/night “destination fee” but they give you vouchers for $25/night to spend at the hotel which is only a smart way for them to get you to spend/leave your money at the hotel.

Our vacation was a 10/10. Delta hotels is definitely a hidden gem. Our room was a cozy home away from home for the weekend. The house keeping team was extremely accommodating and efficient. They even went out of their way to bring us towels when we needed them. Upon check in, we were welcomed by Ben’s smile at the front desk. I could rave all day about Ben’s kindness, service and attention to detail. Ben made our stay unforgettable and we will definitely stay at the the delta hotel again.

We ordered a shrimp scampi thinking it would contain shrimp and pasta. Unfortunately, it was just shrimp and bread. We were told that we couldn’t get refunds on food once purchased. We left with the shrimp but it would’ve been nice to return it.

18% service charge added to every check.. kills good service incentive !!! pool bar closed, lots of construction on the property last night no maid service…. no pool towels often….. pool service person never serviced the second pool…. management needs to check on the guest more…. only one elevator working , ice machine on first floor was the only one turned on…

I loved staying at this resort. The room was clean including the bathroom. The sheets smelled clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool area is beautiful; not crowded and there was a DJ playing all kinds of music. It was a lovely environment. The drinks at the the pool were amazing. My 14 year old enjoyed the slide at the pool and we all enjoyed the waterfall at the pool. We would stay here again !

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and a homely feel. The food for breakfast is exceptional. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. 2 pools, one for play with a slide for all ages and a quieter one, which was perfect. The rooms are all clean and comfortable. The location is great to get to Disney Parks and there is a complimentary bus service.

Some parts of the hotel are a little tired, and even though there are works going on that didn't impact our stay at all

Lobby area was beautiful with many amenities within it. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Would 100% come again

Air conditioning unit in the room was very very loud. Even on the low setting. It cycles through on and off. Makes it very hard to get any sleep. The toilet was leaking raw sewage in the back of the bowl. Made the bathroom have a scent. Asked the staff to come and look, nothing was done about it.

The property was nice, unfortunately there is a dilapidated hotel behind it that was on fire when we arrived - which was quite concerning.

The pool area was a construction zone, the outside bar was closed and it made us feel uncomfortable with outside contractors being nosey when we were trying to have family time. Also our room door didn’t shut properly, our tv didn’t work and we had no room number outside of our room door.

Everything was very clean nice room view was limited to parking lot. We actually extended are stay there more nights. Highly recommend.

The food at the bar area was terrible as were the drinks. $14.00 for a very awful drink. We had a hamburger and it tasted like paper. Fries were very soggy. We decided just to drink Pepsi.
