I SPENT TWO WEEKS THERE,AT THE END OF THE FIRST WEEK I RECIEVED A ZERO BALANCE RECIEPT.AT THE END OF THE SECOND WEEK IWAS TOLD A RECEIPT WAS NOT AVAIBLE.WHEN I ENQUIERED ABOUT LIDS FOR COFFEE CUPS THE SAM INDIVIUAL STATED THEY WEREN'T AVAIBLE WHEN I ASK A DIFFERENT PERSON I WAS GIVEN SEVERAL.

How quiet it was and how good the breakfast is

The housekeeper didn’t speak English very well so it was hard to communicate my needs. They don’t do housekeeping on certain days so if my kids drop crumbs on the floor or the one trash can gets full it’s just going to stay like that.

Very Helpful staff...excellent breakfast,average for room cleanliness,I traveled on my motorcycle... awesome location to shopping.to improve,I would suggest increasing staff,and adding more breakfast choices...Joseph

warmer pool,and more accurate property description...no spa...Better housekeeping on first floor rooms would say a lot to future travel guests...no spray for my non-sticking wafflezzzzz smiles

The staff really goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. I get up early and fresh coffee was always a available, even at 530 am. Jessica is extremely helpful and so pleasant. Edwin was excellent in helping us find restaurants we would enjoy and he was incredibly friendly and polite

Rooms are a little dated, but I was told they are slowly doing renovations.

It had beds with facilities and provided all we required at short notice. Staff at reception were helpful and supportive.

Room was tired requiring cleaning of carpet to remove stains Bulbs found non functioning. Only 1 chair. Shelf holding hot water maker needed repair, just holding up. Large coffee stain under shelf. Small insect infestation under fridge.

The staff are the friendliest people I have ever come in contact with. The rooms are absolutely spotless. I love the extremely hot shower water with the soft and cozy towels. The breakfast was delicious with a decent selection. The guest laundry was super convenient along with the ice machines. I loved my stay at this property and cannot wait to stay again. :)

I liked the location. It was right off the rt 98 and I4. Close to everything we needed.

The bed was very comfortable. The building was dated but they were upgrading the outside. The rooms were not super clean but clean enough

At first the room had a strong chlorine and cleaner odor. The staff was very nice and she moved me to a new room after noticing bugs/roaches running on the night stand next to the bed.

Has some maintenance issues . Doors that don’t open easily and a back hall exterior door that doesn’t lock properly? Pool not open. No hair dryer available.

The room was spacious and location on the 1st floor near the side door was great. Handicap shower was great. The Handicap parking right outside the door made it nicer with less walking.

Breakfast. Not much to choose from. Cereals were not labeled. Mention of eggs but never saw them. Only fruit was large Oranges. Size was nice if you eat them. I had a piece of whole wheat toast. Only option for me. He had the waffle which is standard but every hotel has them and he ate them every day for a week. Got old. I understand that it is just continental and not expecting the moon, but had better elsewhere.
