The property was wonderful. Great stay and roll set up for large family

The hotel charged us $100 extra per day for the beach chairs. Super expensive.

I only had breakfast twice during our stay and it was great. The facility was nice and clean. Parking was extremely convenient, due the fact their weren't alot of people there during our visit. The weather was great!

I think the hours of operation for the pool and beach could have been a better. The pool closed too early. I didn't care for the automatic gratuity, on any and everything you ordered from the bar or restaurants.

The resort was very nice. Very clean and always someone cleaning. The food was excellent. Felt very safe. The beach was excellent. Large, plenty of space.

The staff at the beach could have been more present. Waited a long time to get food or a drink. Resort should consider the flags on chairs that alert the servers to someone needing a drink. There was not notification that there were events on the golf courses (3 days on one and 2 days on the other) which left limited opportunity for golf. These should be disclosed on the site so golfers can plan accordingly.

We loved the short walk to the beach. The room was great, it was quiet section so no neighbor noise. We loved the bathroom shower, full kitchen with fridge/freezer silverware/plates/glasses and washer and dryer...very nice. Honestly, will stay here again, probably longer period next year.

There were two elevators, only one was working and that went out for some time. I have knee issues, so please get both elevators working.

Clean beautiful did not like the fact you had to pay for a chair to sur at the beach and it closed to early.

See above you should not have to pay for chairs to sit on the beach at a resort you paid for.

Access to private beach, well kept by the resort. Attentive pool and beach staff. Housekeeping was excellent.

Limited hours for spa and fitness center. Service for a late dinner at Latitudes was poor...both ignored us with no check-in during the meal, then rushed us out as it was getting close to restaurant closing time. The meal was average, considering the price. One of the elevators was broken during our stay so long wait times to get in and out of the building.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive and the facility was very clean. Our room was very nice with all the amenities we needed. The resort overall is gorgeous!

The pool is much too small for the size of the complex. Not enough chairs or space for the amount of people and it wasn't even peak season! It would have been nice to have an adult only pool as well.

Property is well maintained

The spa has limited amenities and isn’t really designed for all day relaxation. The massage was great, but the lack of amenities makes you want to leave right after.
