The staff was awesome from the bartender to the front desk. Nice location and room was great and spacious

I don’t like that the cleaning lady or ladies went through our stuff. Me and my homegirl left out that evening and came back all our bags were wide open

Rooms were very clean and well stocked. Breakfast and snacks were great, it was nice to have be able to get a late night snack. valet service was excellent, the valet worker was amazing.

Having to pay for valet. After spending nearly $900 for 3 nights, it would’ve been nice to not have to pay an additional $75 for parking. Also, the pillows were not comfortable, having a more firm pillow would be more ideal.

Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and just in general. Modern hotel with cool lobby with some games and a bar. Room was comfortable. Location was fantastic in Brickell, few min walk from train and Miami Mover, as well as to the shopping centre, restaurants and bars.

Not a complaint but worth noting is that there is no bathroom door for anyone that shares the room.

Location was perfect to walk to many restaurants and shops, transport close by and free. Uber worked great for us. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room huge and very clean. Would not even look at other hotels for any future visits.

Hard to think of anything to note that we did not like. Hotel is in Maimi and people party with few groups partying on their balcony but no big deal.

The property was really clean and the staff was very friendly. From holding my bag until check-in, providing updates, the front desk staff, housekeeping, valet everyone. This was my first visit with to Miami and they helped made my stay amazing.

The room we were allocated was a great size. The location was great for us, walkable to a Miamimover station and to the Brickell area with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel was modern and clean.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and very accommodating. The location provided easy access to entertainment, transportation and shopping. During our 7-day stay the staff accommodated several requests. They went above and beyond.

Nothing could have been better. Our expectations were greatly exceeded. Even the other guests were an enjoyable, unexpected plus. Very friendly.

I love the room and being able to just wander down and grab a bite to eat whenever the mood struck. Beautiful city view from the balcony. Nice nearby location to walk the dog that included a bag/waste disposal station.

The room was either too cold or too warm because the a/c heat remote control did not seem to work properly. The shower doors leaked a lot of water out on to the floor.

Location was Great! Room was Great! But Don't like Valet Parking! Should be option. We didn't have access to our car when ever we wanted because we didn't know where the car was.
