The location and ease of access to the food was very good, which was helpful since I have mobility issues. The food was fresh and very tasty. It was a good variety of the food as well.

I registered to take the shuttle for eight dollars from the hotel to the port of Miami. Unfortunately, the shuttle never came at the usual time of noon, nor does it arrive during the next half hour, while I waited to catch a taxi which took me to the port. With the tip, it cost me $54 to get from the hotel to the port instead of the eight dollars I planned to spend on the shuttle. One of the reasons I stayed at that hotel was its ease of access to the port and the shuttle. I was very disappointed that I was unable to use the shuttle.

A last minute change of plans meant I was arriving at Miami International Airport at 6:25am and spending one night at hotel. I arrived at 8:30 am fully expecting to have to sit in lounge or leave my luggage and go out, but the very professional and amiable manager checked me in and said my room was ready and I could use it right away. I was so grateful. Everything after that was wonderful. The upgrade to a King bed suite, the full breakfast and cleanliness of the rooms and building. The location to my appointment was perfect.

We have been upgraded to a one bedroom room which is large enough, and they let us to check out at 1pm, thank you. small pool more for suitable for children, but there is hot whirlpool. free drink cards were nice liked it. As I'm an Hilton Honor member they gave me free drinks at arrival which is nice. Close to the high street. have a small kitchen, sink, microwave which is good for families. clean and new hotel. nice work corner area... nice gym small but good.

breakfast was crowded and I think due to people who stay one day before their cruise trip. our room at 7th floor and close to pool and above on the GYM so sometimes a bit sound came from them, not a big deal.

Cleanliness, room, gym, location, staff

The breakfast creates an incredible amount of non-recyclable waste. Coming from Europe, it is shocking to see how much everything is wrapped in plastic and thrown away. Everything was single-use plastic; cups, cutlery, condiments, plates, with zero recycled. All of this goes into landfill somewhere. Please be more mindful of what you produce and consider washable multi-use plates & cutlery, large jars of condiments (not individual plastic portions) etc, and offer some recycling.

The people made the difference! We arrived early and the front desk got us in a room, anyway. Also, we wanted some ice and water for our sports bottles before we went sightseeing and one of the cleaning ladies went above and beyond and let us in the closed breakfast area to refill our water bottles. The Hotel is in a great Miami location with close proximity to restaurants, shooing and public transportation. The property is super clean and modern. Breakfast was amazing! I love Hampton Inns & Suites and always try and book stays with them for both business and pleasure. thank you!

The location is excellent, everything is on walking distance! Rooms are large and clean! Breakfast was good and the pool is small but warm and clean.

the manager Chris was absolutely amazing. He is great and know what he’s doing. if it wasn’t for him, then I don’t think we would’ve had as great of a time. Chris Reyes is the best.

The one girl at the front desk is beyond rude, but the manager chris made up for it. I would def look into this girl, because she’s very rude and definitely should not be in hospitality. she was working Thursday, in the morning until after noon and again the same times Friday and Saturday. I was very nice and kept calm, and her excuse for our messaged up reservation was “it was a human error”. We all make mistakes but that is no way to respond to a customer.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good.

No place to park out front to check in or unload. Reception area is up on the 6th floor. A little upset when checking to find out that you have to pay almost $30 per night additional to park in a garage. Lot of schelping to get your baggage in and then back out of the garage where your car is parked.

The facility is clean and well maintained. The lady who was a security guard was so nice and helpful and wish she was the one at the reception.

The lady at the reception wasn't doing her job right and she thought I didn't have a booking there. Her body language and the way she returned my ID telling me " You are not booked here, maybe you are booked elsewhere," killed all my joy.l would assume she knew I had confirmation to that booking. She never asked. I believe she already made her judgement. All the interesting things about Hampton fell in a flash and l got sick that night. I think she got into my head!

The front desk staff found on their own that we were Hilton Honors members, even though we did not state that in the Booking.com reservation. They upgraded our room to a suite and gave us other perks. We needed to stay an extra night and they accommodated that as well. Breakfast was very good, but standard for Hampton Inns. They offered a shuttle to the cruise port.

Being right downtown, I expected limited parking. Parking was available for a $28 fee, and was adequate, but was somewhat confusing. Only every other floor had elevator access. You could use your room key to enter and exit the structure.
