This was my first stay at a Citizen M hotel, and I can confidently say it won't be my last. The location in Brickell couldn't be more convenient, with everything from restaurants and markets like Publix to Brickell Mall and pharmacies just a stone's throw away. The room might be on the smaller side, it didn't feel cramped at all. This was especially true on my sister's birthday, when we received a postcard, a thoughtful touch that really warmed our hearts. Also surprise was the peace and quiet on the 16th floor. I've read some reviews mentioning noise, but our experience was completely different. It was the perfect haven for relaxation! Citizen M for sure exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable base in Miami Brickell

Not the fluffiest pillows, but totally fine for me.

Why stay in South Beach and pay 10x more? This is easily reached by the metro from the airport if you get off at "BRICKELL" and walk 2 blocks away. You have a Burger King, Zara, Shopping Mall and Chipotle nearby. I even went as far as walking 20 minutes over the bridge to the "ROSS" store if looking for some cheap buys. The hotel itself and staff is pretty sweet. Rooms are comfy. Love everything about it. If going to south beach you can catch a bus going over and then you have that free bus that goes up and down south beach. South Beach is too touristy. Brickell is pretty nice and this hotel has the swimming pool on the roof.

Nothing really. The staff was super nice. I've stayed also in the CitizenM in San Fran and that was really nice as well. Hoping they might open one in the Wynwood Walls area of Miami.

Fantastic location, hotel with an awesome vibe, amazing decor, loved the books, stuffed dolls, bubble dog and the concept is really cool. Ate food and had drinks and the service was amazing. Staff was super friendly! Loved the rooftop pool, the bed and how it's all customizable via an ipad, you guys nailed it. Even the Peloton bikes. It made my trip! Staff was super friendly! they even gave me a cookie and a bag! Awesome people.

Its hard to dislike something but I will say 2 things: I wish the late check out was a little bit longer because it was like 89 dollars for only 2 extra hours. Or you guys could offer that complimentary if no one is checking in the room. My flight was at 7pm and it would ahve been nicer to stay longer OR you could let us try the hotel. By the 2nd night I wanted to become a member to get the complimentary late check out but it was no longer possible. I would have purchased it after understanding what the hotel was like and how awesome it is, totally worth it. Also higher floors could be offered when hotel not full.

We are explorer type vacationers which means we don’t spend a whole lot of time in the room, which means all citizen M hotels are exactly what we need. The breakfast in the morning is better than most buffet style hotels

I didn’t like that the house of the pool online and the actual hours at the hotel are different. Who closes a pool at 6pm? Just weird and inconvenient as we had planned to use it the first night we checked in which was just at 7 and it was closed. Night swims are the best. The noise of the city is something to get used to, if you don’t live in the city you might rethink the location of this hotel. It’s bustling all night and doesn’t quiet until around 7am yes AM

The location is perfect in a very safe and vibrant area, full of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. On the second floor, it has a cozy lobby for work, and also, there is a fascinating view to Brickell City Center. Even though the rooms are quite no noise coming from outside. If the weather is good, it is within walkable distance to river walk, Bayfront park, and Miamia Bayside. The hotel location is the perfect option for those who are not highly attched to stay next to the beach and prefer family city vibes, in addition avoid paying extra for resort fees. Still, it is easy to get to the beach by car/app ride..

The bathroom is tiny and is hard to fit inside. The tiny sink is outside the bathroom, which is annoying. You don't know where to hang your clothes in the bathroom because there is no such one. The room size, in general, is small. There was no hair cap or ear cotton buds in the bathroom.

The hotel's stylish decor, cozy lounges, and 24/7 canteenM with delicious food and drinks made our quick stay even more enjoyable. This was our first time staying at a CitizenM, and now we’re hooked! We honestly have nothing negative to say about our stay it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, from the seamless check-in process to the cozy, tech-savvy room and the friendly, attentive staff. It exceeded all our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I have never had a better hotel experience start to finish than I did at CitizenM Miami Brickell. The staff were exceptional. I don't know how to describe the room other than "pretty". It was so ambient with different moods, lights, easy to use tech, easy to connect TV and easy to control climate. I downloaded the app to control the room from my phone. Excellent, delicious and intimate food options were literally steps from the front door as well as a 7-11 around the corner. Not that we needed it as the living room area was fully stocked with shower caps, razors, combs and even a handy little sewing kit that I ended up actually needing. The pool was marvelous and the bar staff upstairs were friendly and helpful. The whole place felt like accessible art with a hint of home comfort and an air of upscale minus the snobbery. This place was a gem. I will be staying in future as I'm now a Citizen for life. I have no notes.

Really friendly and helpful staff. The bed was outrageously comfortable, I have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world and this bed was one of the best!!! It’s soooo close to everything you might need… 7 Eleven, the train/metro mover station, taquerias, bars etc! Very easy check in and check out process, and when checking in… you get to choose on the screen which room you’d like e.g. high floor with street view, low floor with courtyard view etc!! We were on the 16th floor and didn’t hear any of the party goers!

Nothing we didn’t like! If possible, it would have beeb great to have a bigger and more equipped gym but I understand that people don’t go to hotels for their gyms! If you like cardio they have all you need and even 2 Pelaton bikes!

Let’s start with the pros: Amazing location, right in the heart of a bustling Brickell, take an elevator down and you are right in the center of all Miami action. Amenities are great, easy check in, I was able to check in early at no cost as my flight arrived at 4 AM. Very helpful! Has a pretty good rooftop, with views, pool and a bar. Staff were kind and welcoming

Keep in mind that the rooms are “micro” suites, not a dealbreaker, especially considering the price and if you are a solo traveler. For a couple, might be a little to jammed. Last night, had to iron one of my shirts and the iron spilled some black goo and ruined the shirt. So be careful ironing anything at the hotel, especially if it’s white

Great location near Brickell City Centre. Also many restaurants and shops near the area from a walking distance. It's a trendy and modern hotel with a really nice staff. Easy check-in and check-out process. Very practical use of technology through the use of an ipad or an app in your phone from which you control your room: lights, curtains, blinds. The space in the room is perfect for a couple that is staying 2-4 nights and it's very evenly distributed, very well though-out. The bed is quite spacious for two people. It has a really beautiful and spacious living room in the second floor of the hotel were you can work with your laptop very comfortably and order some food or drinks. So it's also a really great option for the business traveller.

The pillows arranged in the bed weren't thin/slim enough, too bulky and uncomfortable. However, I spoke with the staff the morning after the first night and they delivered a new slim set of pillows immediately. The subsequent nights we slept very comfortably. Shower and bathroom can be a little bit cramped but honestly it's ok. Had a small issue with the door which was not easy to close and open, and required a little bit of force to do so, but never made us feel unsafe because it still closed correctly. The eggs in the breakfast menu, not so good to be honest; the rest of the food was ok.
