Location

First of all this is not 5 stars hotel as advertised but just 4 stars as confirmed on google map. Pictures of the rooms are fake. Initially i got the room totally different from what was advertised - bathroom table was tiny , No windows in bathroom . After request to change the room and complains on fake pictures they gave me tick better room with proper bathroom table but still no windows in bathroom as advertised on pictures. No drinking water in the rooms- need to ask for it from lobby. Decoration in the room is extremely cheap and tired. At the end on check out hotel overcharged me by usd 197 for alleged taxes despite price on booking was including taxes. After numerous exchanges hotel agreed to refund overcharge but 3 weeks after check out money not received yet.

Location was awesome!

Was given a late checkout by a gentleman at the front desk.came down early on checkout morning to confirm 12:30 check out with another lady at the front desk. Who tried to say we had to be out by 11:00 because they do not give late check outs it’s against company policy. I explained that I was given a late check out. She was rude and made it seem like I was lying. But reluctantly allowed the check out after embarrassing me. To my surprise At the 12:30 checkout time I was in a long line of people that were checking out. The lady seemed embarrassed that I was in her line after she had lied to me. Honestly i was shocked!

Overall, very nice stay. It was very comfortable and local. The staff was very accommodating and assisted with luggage to/from the car.

You have to take the 1st elevator to the 25th floor and then a 2nd elevator to your room. There was only one elevator working on the 25th floor and it took forever. We had to go up and down 5 flights of stairs because, at one point, we were stuck. For a hotel that is obviously well taken care of, at least fix the other two elevators knowing the amount of visitors that are constantly coming and going. The front desk staff weren't the friendliest. The bartenders were great!

Firstly let me begin by saying the scent of the entire building is amazing the ambiance the decoration everything at this hotel is an A+ for me. I love the staff they are very helpful even though some speak Spanish they still found ways to assist me and sometimes I use my translation app the chef, the servers in the dining area snd the persons who help my husband and I to get breakfast they were such a sweet soul. I love the room they keep it clean daily the view from the room is stunning. Overall this hotel is a must visit and when I go to Miami I will definitely stay there again. Also the train is right there too and it’s easy access to go to bay front which will save you the expense of taking the Uber. Overall from the receptionist outside the building to inside and at the bar/restaurant they are amazing.

Well honestly I really wanted to swim but the pool was not available at the time which is understandable but they must be commended for making other arrangements to accommodate persons interesting in swimming so there is nothing that I don’t like about this hotel honestly speaking

Location, location and location. If you want to stay in the heart of Miami, this hotel is the best option. I stayed “City View Premium King” room first 4 nights and decided to move to “Panasonic View One Bedroom Suite”. Both rooms are nice and comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was good and staff in the restaurant was great! (Thanks to Mary Joy) Especially front office team (special thanks to Melike and Christine) is fantastic. They made everything to make my days great. I appreciated them. I strongly suggest everyone to stay this hotel and I am sure I will come again.

Location was perfect , everything in reach by walk. Very clean rooms, and whole hotel in general. Nice reception.

Biggest minus of the hotel is their own restaurant for breakfast. we had to wait hour and 30 minutes to be seated to be badly surprised in the end of selection of breakfast. Some pastries , butter, jam and fruit on the table (they say European breakfast , I’m European and that has nothing to do with European breakfast) everything else you need to pay extra even eggs, cofee etc. basic stuff.) Second downside is where is a beautiful pool with great location there is lack of sun beds ( ex. 12 beds) not enough for couple of rooms not talking about whole hotel. Those are their biggest problems and you’re paying premium price 450 $ night.

It was my first time in Miami and the hotel is really nice. The location is at the top because it’s in downtown it means the hotel is at equal distance from every place such as : South Beach, Hard Rock Stadium, Little Havana, Wynwood Walls, Design District, Downtown Shopping Mall… The rooms are simple but clean, the bathroom is nice, and the view on the bay is cool. For the breakfast you have the possibility to take it in the room, at the restaurant or at the terrace. I decided to take it at the terrace every single day because the view from there was magnificent. If you want any recommendations the greek yogurt is delicious as well as the pancakes. Another point that I really appreciated, I decided to extend my stay for two more nights and the receptionist gave me the price of a smaller room for the one I already got. So I paid 280$ instead of 360$ for two more nights. This service was very kind !

Concerning the valet service it was good nevertheless the bad point is the following one. I saw the guys practically every night of my stay counting their tips at the valet desk with no discretion at all. I have been working in hospitality for more than 7 years and you cannot make these type of things in front of the clients that’s not acceptable.

The location, the lounge area and friendliness of staff especially the guys who helped with luggage. We also loved the live music in the lounge on Tuesday night.

Having to go to the 25th floor via the lounge to another lift to get to the lift for the rooms and the pool was in another building next door which I did not realise. We had a room for 3-4 adults but the beds were small doubles so struggled to sleep comfortably with 2 to a bed.

The renovation of the lobby has been completed. It was very beautiful. I love sitting on the terrace and drinking coffee. the rooms were clean and big enough. The location is in the center of brickel. I think the most important thing was the friendly and helpful attitude of the employees. especially those working at the front desk. Many thanks to the manager Melike for the excellent service they provided.

Everything was perfect

Good location in Brickell, with many restaurants in the vicinity. Nice pool and pool bar over the parking lot. Nicely decorated room and beautiful views.

The bathrooms are spacious but very poorly decorated, definitely not made by the same designer that decorated the rooms. The complementary breakfast was served in a temporary room due to construction: nice view, but too small and the buffet was measly. The elevator to elevator walk in a maze on 25th floor was a pain, but also caused by construction. Hopefully it will soon be better.
