Pool area lovely. Room was big and beds comfy. Great to have a fridge.

Room was a little tired and cupboard stank of urine.

The staff is courteous and helpful the rooms are very clean and spacious. The location of the property is extremely convenient, it is in the middle of city, very close to the Metromover Brickell loop station that is the free tram service. Thus it is very easy to reach the main spots in the city. Lots of places to shop and eat are around. Departmental stores like Publix and Seven-Eleven are also at walking distance.

First time in Miami I would have liked to be closer to shopping boutiques, restaurants and entertainment. If you have a car this location is good but relying on public transportation is costly. I only stayed here because a friend of mine recommended it. After touring Miami a nice hotel in South Beach would have suited my lifestyle.

Loved the location of the hotel did not like the lighting in the bathrooms....Also there was 1 incident at the hotel where the entire dining area flooded when it rained but was quickly resolved next day was back open.

The lighting in the bathrooms ....could be brighter also the mattress could have been better.

Loved it! Convenient location walkable to lots of food and things to see and do. Right near public transit and easy to take a Lyft if needed. Felt safe. Everything was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Rooftop pool/bar is super nice, clean, and maintained well with beautiful views of the city and the water. Parking is available onsite. It's $35/night, which is reasonable for the area. The garage is attached to the hotel, so it's very convenient. Parking anywhere in Miami is expensive, so having something attached was good (and the best option you'll likely find). The room was great - nice size, good view, comfy bed. Really nice stay overall!

My stay at the Novotel Miami Brickell was that it was a great experience all around. The staff was exceptionally friendly and pleasant, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I'm definitely planning to stay there again in the future, and I'll happily recommend it to others. Plus, the breakfast was amazing, adding to the overall positive experience.

Nothing that stands out

The location is excellent! Lots of things near by but it’s just out of the way of the busy streets! The hotel is overall very clean & the staff is very friendly & hospitable.

Personally the pillows on the bed were a bit uncomfortable for my preference & the rooms AC was a little wonky, like auto fan mode would stop after a few hours & once you noticed it get warmer you would have to adjust it back down.

Great stay, opposite in front of a huge park for morning runs or walks. Other than that the neighborhood is very industrial and there are no restaurants, shops, whatsoever. Nice staff, only surprising is that half of the staff (cleaning personal) only speaks Spanish and not English. We had a room with a second window which you couldn´t darken and it is a bit loud as you have the train in front of the hotel. There is also huge construction work in front but you couldn´t hear. Overall, if you go for business and just jump in a taxi to go where you have to go it is great.

the hotel is in a great location, minutes walk from Times Square and several trains. the staff are very friendly and the room was spotless!

the lifts! if you need to get anywhere in the morning with a deadline allow an extra 10/15 mins to get into a lift as they are a mess. there should be a dedicated lift for those not wanting to go to breakfast so that you can leave the hotel in a leisurely manner. everything else about the hotel is fantastic!

Loved the self-parking right in the hotel building and friendly and helpful desk staff. Hotel lobby bar staff were also excellent. Parking right in the same building made it easy and relatively painless to get rental car in and out and take day trips. (Cost of self-parking not included in hotel rate but worth it as once you get a ticket from them for add’l parking day rate, you can go in and out as many times as you like.)
