we have been here for 2 weeks and I've done as much as I could possibly do to continue staying here every couple of days because I just did not want to leave. we loved this place I loved this place absolutly loved it everything About this place The staff Are the nicest people I've ever met in any type of establishment Ever they are there Decatur Don't seem annoyed They deal with Issues that arise and they try their best to accommodate what you are looking for The only problem is For people with long stays Due to hardship They should definitely Have something in place for that But they don't So I have to leave and I really really don't want to leave But i just can't afford to stay. going to leave Only because of the price But I would love to just stay here for the next two months that I need to stay Because I know even though I'm going to Another place with the same amount of stars and supposed to be very good I would never find a staff And a place as clean As this place is I had nothing to complain about and I am OCD on cleaniness. when it comes to the bathroom the bathtub has to be pristine and this one was I didn't mind getting in it I didn't feel paranoid I had no bugs in the room I would give anything if I didn't have to leave . I absolutely Love this place love it love it love it love it If you have the money It is definitely worth it Every little penny

like I said the only problem I have here honestly is the price and maybe they can change their honors Rewards or because you're honors number you get more or get better discount but if I had the money I will stay here even longer

Perfect for what we wanted which was one night after a long flight. Arrived late in evening, picked up from airport from hotel shuttle which was great and very efficient, then got the shuttle back to the airport the following day to pick up our hire car. Lovely breakfast in the morning, lots of choice and staff helpful. Family room nice and big, we did have a problem with the internet but was sorted once we spoke to someone on reception.

Happy with everything.

The beds were super comfortable. We really appreciated the quality of shower products and the availability of airport shuttles. It was a short stay between flights, but it was a great place to rest up. We also all appreciate the warm cookies.

We were hoping there was a quick breakfast option before our early morning flight. There is a little Starbucks market, so it’s not really worth complaining about. But a grab & go fruit option would be cool too.

We did ask for a pack and play the second stay on the booking and in person (8pm) but never turned up so my son ended up in my bed as I was too tired to ask again and didn't want anyone knocking on the door too late

the staff was excellent. everything was clean, and I never felt crowded even though it seemed to be packed.

I never like having to pay to park somewhere I’ve already paid to be. but the people who work there have nothing to do with that policy so I didn’t complain or show distain. I’m a taller person 6’4, but the shower head being as low was it was, wasn’t the ideal thing. again nothing they staff could do so nothing to complain about really.

Great restaurant and breakfast, clean and very comfortable room with all amenities and a great view. Great friendly staff. Courtney at front desk took good care of us.

There was a room mix-up on arrival but was promptly taken care of. So this really isn't a complaint!

The property was very clean. The rooms were very clean.

The bed wasn't as comfortable. But it was comfortable enough for me to rest. I think the mattress was a little too firm.

There were quite a few maintenance and repair items going on while we were there.I'm glad that they are working on upkeep, but the parking lot especially was very rough, both to navigate and the overall condition.

I love the free cookies and complimentary water. The hotel was very nice and clean A+.

In room 1015 the shower kept leaking all over the floor. Even with a towel on the floor water still was all over the floor. Also, our room key did not open the gate to park need more parking.

The hotel is lovely, like the pictures. The hotel was very well cleaned and maintained.

It's older than I expected and we had problems with the air in our room. They did send someone to fix it, but it never worked well. Toilet ran a little while before stopping and the water wasn't very hot. TV remote didn't work and they replaced it. The staff wasn't extremely friendly. It felt like they were doing me a favor to check me in. And he gave me a different room than I booked. Not sure why and yes I agreed to it, but it made me feel like I was getting a room that wasn't as nice. After all that, it was still a good place to stay. Hubby liked it.
