Good quality airport hotel, especially for the low cost. Tasty breakfast, tea and coffee on tap at all times, and even a small gym which had just enough equipment for a decent workout. The staff were very helpful and were happy to give us a free late checkout which we really appreciated. The free airport shuttle was also a really helpful resource. Locally there are loads of good restaurants and convenience stores just moments away, so you can eat out without taking taxis.

The lift and ice machine on the floor were pretty noisy and the vent in the bathroom let voices carry from a neighbouring bathroom (but we couldn’t hear them in the room once the door was closed).

I notice more and more hotel use clocks in the rooms that cannot be set and must be internet (?) controlled ours was off by 15 minutes. We did not realize that until we missed our shuttle bus !!

The place was clean, the bed was sooooo comfortable. The staff was very polite and breakfast was good! I recommend this motel as a wonderful place to stay.

I found NO disappointments here. Unless it was, I only saw one luggage cart there. Not sure if there were more.

Location near at the airport like 8 mins drive. The staffs are great. Professionals and very accomodating. There are adequate parking spaces. There was an available shuttle that can take the guests anywhere.

The breakfast, they can improve the choices other than that it was still a great food.

The breakfast was excellent and the room was a very good size and very clean. We had a free transfer by mini bus from the airport, which was convenient and easier than waiting in the car rental queue after a long flight. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The only small issue we had was trying to work out where to meet the shuttle bus at the airport. We had to call, and with international mobile service so expensive and waiting for a reply it wasn't perfect. We could have been told in advance which bay to go to in order to meet the mini bus for transport.

The breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. The beds were soooo comfortable! Very clean! Walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We definitely will stay with Fairfield Inns again! The complimentary shuttle was so helpful (we were picked up at 1 am) the driver was very nice. Also computers were set up so we could check in and print our boarding passes!

Room is great! Hotel staff is amazing and so friendly! Breakfast was good as well! They offer free wifi, parking lot, breakfast until 930 am.

The location & size of the room. The breakfast was great. They had shuttle from airport & was very attentative to a person with handicaps.

Upon my arrival they said that I had not reserved a room & that there was no room in my name. They did find us a room but charged us more than reservations was for!

Good choices for breakfast…we didn’t use any of the services, but had a look at them and thought that they were quite adequate. The bedrooms were exceptionally clean and had every facility for a stay including fridge and microwave

I can’t think of anything negative to say, except a little pricey…but it was high season and very little accommodation was available in a similar location at that time.

Excellent location, close to airport for return flight home, with a free shuttle service provided at no extra charge. Needed a later check out, which the hotel done at no extra cost and with no problems. Breakfast was very basic toast, fruit or cereal.

The breakfast need to get a toaster that cooks the bread though!! a big queue formed as wasn't toasting.
