Everything was good.

Just they need to change the breakfast. Soo one day scamble other day was mini omelete with cheese. So they just need to add a little veracity of eggs lets say scamble plain tomorrow scamble with veggies. Next day the omelet i stay for 10 days the breakfast the same. Thats why. I talk to a few of the guest in the Landry area and most of them where staying the same amount of days that i was staying at. So its a bit not so good for 10 days having the same thing over and over.

The facility was fantastic! Very clean spacious rooms. Robert at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The location is great for airport travel and there were many restaurants within walking distance. They have a 24/hour shuttle that leaves on the hour every hour. We left too early to enjoy the breakfast, but the reviews said it was great :)

There was base music coming from somewhere that we could hear when we laid down to sleep. The pool was outside of our bedroom window but no one was out there swimming.... So, really not sure where the music was coming from. We did stay on a Friday night. I could have called the front desk to ask about it, but didn't.

This literally was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. 2 adults and 4 kids in a 1bedroom suite with a kitchen and all (could easily sleep 7). We were all very comfortable in the room provided. Staff was amazing and welcoming. We arrived 3 hours early due to plane getting there at a certain time. The Lady working the check in counter was super welcoming and wasn't annoyed that we were early. She seen there was a room clean and available and checked us in immediately. The shuttle picking us up from the airport was prompt and friendly as well as the 3am ride to the airport the very next morning was on time and he was really friendly. Smoothest transition to the airport and prompt. The experience was over the top. With food close by with delivery options as well. Definitely will stay here again. We stayed at the Ramada next door prior and was very unimpressed. This place is my new go to if any are around the next location I travel! Hands down the best so far! Also for a Saturday night and 6 of us, the $200 room was beyond worth it.

Staff. The room was great size with private room. Noise was minimal. Shuttle service. Etc.

Very clean and comfy room and bed... Front Desk Staff (Latina) Woman, Maintenance (Asian) guy and Housekeeper (Latina) woman all have excellent customer service skills.

Due to entry door not level to the floor lots of space underneath the door, noise outside of room was easily heard. Breakfast was limited... no hashbrowns or turkey sausage present when arrived around 9AM and eggs didn't taste like eggs.

Very clean, very comfortable, food & snacks available for a late night, unexpected flight delay.

Dryers didn't work. Needed 3+ hours to "dry" one small load of clothes. I appreciate that they were free to use, but it would be nice if a standard 60 minute cycle would actually dry them. Had to stay up until 4:30 am to get my clothes dry, which was not very convenient. So I didn't get any sleep because I had to stay up & ensure the clothes I was washing were actually dry.

Best value hotel I could find in this location and the fact that it had a full sized fridge, mini stovetop, and stocked with cooking utensils was a bonus since I was able to make many of my meals during the week. Very spacious suite that was comfortable for me and my dog.

WiFi router was not working the first day of my stay, but really that was about it.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was comfortable. Had a nice patio area and plenty of outdoor seating. Nice area with lots of nearby restaurants and a lake to walk around.

We had extra time and looked forward to a day at the pool but it was so dirty. We put our feet in but opted out of swimming. It was so bad we could smell a foul odor on our skin as we returned to our room. Very disappointing.

The living room and separate bedroom was so nice, so you don't have to sit on the edge of a hotel bed. We were only there one night so we didn't use the kitchen. But it was large and would have been ideal for an extended stay! The little extra for that suite is well worth it and so much nicer than some of the lesser quality, poorly rated regular hotel rooms. I highly recommend this facility and will stay there again when I'm in Orlando.

I didn't like that the room didn't have its own balcony. I like to sit outside without having to go down through the facility to do so.

the rooms where very clean and the cleaning staff did there best to accommodate my needs the breakfast was very good

i did-not like that I paid 600 dollars for room and amenities and the amenities where not kept up and available for use the pool was not clean the grills where dirty the balls from the basketball court where flat pillow cases where dirty had a bad experience with one night staff being rude and shuttle driver was not friendly either

the suite was very spacious, well equipped, clean and the beds were super comfy! The staff seemed friendly and checked in on us through the stay.

it’s quite isolated from any shop/restaurant without the use of a car - there was also a very foisty smell in the hallways which was a bit off putting but fortunately the rooms were fine.
