The room was so spacious and Mrs. Vera at the front desk was so pleasant! We were really impressed with the apartment-feel of our room, as we were staying for an entire week for Disney. The location was perfect, close to the parks, but not so close that you felt like you were at the resorts. Plenty of food options nearby. Our kids loved the breakfast each morning. The house-keeping was super helpful when we needed extra bedding, and was very responsive and fast. Would love to stay here again on future trips!

Some of the furniture was a bit outdated, but we don't care much about things like that, so it was fine overall.

The staff were very diligent, friendly and accommodating. It was a very clean hotel and we had a hot breakfast that varied each day. Our kitchenette was nice to have and we had 4 meals there.

The stove top burners only heated up to medium heat, so it took longer to cook things. If you turned it up to high it didn't work at all. It would have been nice to have an oven to bake frozen pizza in, i.e. Also, we were disappointed that we weren't allowed to bring breakfast items upstairs, in case one of us wanted to sleep in.

Room was pleasant, front-desk staff (Vera) was great, landscaping was attractive.

Humidity in the place was bad--it smelled like mold. Breakfast was a bit disappointing--dried out scrambled eggs every day. Signs said that people had to wear masks, but some staff and many guests didn't wear them or didn't wear them correctly (under the chin doesn't really count!), with no staff saying anything.

Good location with easy access to Disney Parks, Universal Studios and Sea World. Multiple restaurants within a short drive. All accommodations are suites with separate bedroom. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and 2 burner stove top. Free breakfast with excellent coffee provided. There is a hot tub in addition to the swimming pool. Parking is free.

Bathroom could use some refurbishing. Limited breakfast items available.

Good hotel at a good location. Rooms were OK, sufficient space and comfort for 2 nights stay.

Friendliness at the breakfast room entrance can be improved. It's not really polite if you ask us "Name?!" and "Room number?!" like you are a prisoner.

We arrived pretty late but check in was very easy. The room was spacious and even in the bedroom it did not feel cramped. The AC worked better than any place I think I’ve stayed. I was traveling with my mom and three children and they were able to put us in rooms next door to each other which was extremely helpful. the hotel was busy but we didn’t hear much noise at all from inside our rooms. We did use the pool one evening and it was clean and the temperature of the water was great. We did have breakfast one morning: eggs, bacon, French toast sticks and oatmeal were the hot options. They also had two different cereal choices, mini muffins, bread for toasting and bagels. The staff was all very friendly except for one miscommunication which was handled. The beds were a little firm for me but that’s because I’m used to sleeping on a Tempurpedic mattress so overall those were fine. we also had plenty of towels, etc., and it was easy to get more when we needed to replace them. I think for the money, the size of this room can’t be beat. especially if you have a big family. we would have only gotten one room if I wasn’t such a light sleeper, and it would’ve held all 5 of us just fine. I did feel safe staying at this hotel and while going to and from our car.

The elevator is on the slow side, so don’t be in a hurry to go up or down. Not a big deal. My mom’s room had a newer bathtub/shower, but her coffee maker was very dirty and needed to either have a very deep clean or be replaced. ours was fine so we just used it for both of us.

The hotel was in a great position located centrally for many visitor locations. The background (housekeeping staff were quiet, efficient and friendly) The reception staff Mario and Giovanna went above and beyond when we experienced problems that were nothing to do with the hotel. Also the blond lady whose name begins with Ip who welcomed us at breakfast was friendly and made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was good with plenty of variety and I'm glad we had to wear masks in the vicinity of food. The pool area was also great and was kept exceptionally clean as was the whole complex. Also, the bed was really comfortable!

The rooms are a little tired and need a bit of updating but I forgive that because Covid has wreaked havoc all over the world for businesses and now they have to play catch up. However I would stay there again regardless.

I was very impressed with the room size. This room seemed perfect for a family because even the couch turned into a bed. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and made sure all my questions were answered.

I was not impressed with the breakfast. The food seemed over cooked and not hot. It also seemed very microwavable. The variety was also limited and the soda machine was out of order limited drink options.

The suite was big and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable but the rest of the furniture needs to be replaced. Even if breakfast was quite poor like everywhere in USA, at least they had real plates and cutlery (not plastic).

The sofa in the room must have been really old and used. Also with the carpet on the floor it’s hard to say if it’s clean or not. We were there during the storm and we’re forced to stay in a room more than planned but there was some kind of renovation done above us which made it impossible to be in a room. The level of noise was unbearable and the staff was not really able to do anything about it.

I have stayed here several times and it provides everything we need in a great location

if anything I would have to say that some of the furniture in the lounge area is starting to look a little shabby and the sofa and armchair are very uncomfortable to sit on as the springs stick out but as we don’t spend a lot of time in the room it wasn’t a big problem for us.
