Location was close to UCF and everything else needed like restaurants. Rooms were clean. Breakfast area was large and selection of food was adequate. Great waffles Nice Coffee station on the main floor. Appreciated the fridge in the room.

Beds were not comfortable, very stiff and pillows were tired with no fluff. Hotel's fit and finish were showing age, i.e., paint missing in areas, wallpaper peeling, etc. Breakfast was appreciated but sausage was basically Banquet premade sausage(very cheap). TV was difficult to see from bed due to its size. Stair way was never cleaned the 3 days we were there.

The few issues we had were that we were expecting to have a bathtub and we didn't. The second thing was the hallways were VERY hot. And the biggest issue for me was there was no lock to the bathroom in our room and that's a big deal for me. Especially having a kid who doesn't respect boundaries yet. And while you couldn't see into the bathroom where the toilet is, you could see in where the sinks are through a small gap between the two doors to the bathroom. So while that isn't enough to make me never stay here again, it is enough to put them towards the bottom of my list for another stay.

Very hot. The room air unit was HOT! The air unit was not working properly. We called and they said they came and fix it. It was not fixed. Talking to others as well they said the same thing. I hope the air is fixed beige I go back on Oct 5-8th. Maybe you can give me some discount: thank you.

The location was #1. The hotel and surrounding was clean and felt safe. I asked for the disabled parking because my husband is a retired disabled veteran. But when we parked and entrance door to that side was not working. The card reader wouldn't open the door so I had to go around back to the lobby entrance. Also the complimentary coffee near the lobby was cold and this was around5:30- 6pm. On our last day before exiting, we spotted 2 one inch worms crawling near the coffee maker and fridge. Overall, our stay was good.

The breakfast was delicious. It’s balanced: proteins, dairy, fruits and grains. Also, some sweets!

The security is lacking and is in dire need of an Update. The was a lock at the side of the Parking lot and it didn’t work and anyone at any given time could’ve came in there without being seen because the Lobby is far from that area.There should be security inside and outside because two women at the Lobby is not enough.

Clean, smell normal, fresh waffle at breakfast, free tea, coffee and water for all guests, good enough fitness room, ideal location with roughly equal way to go to Disney, nasa, and daytona. Price to stay is reasonable amongst hotel around, parking space at the hotel and free, the area is at beautiful greenery quiet place, many food selections 5 mins drive away. Fully equiped with fridge and microwave.

Breakfast is to simple where scrambled eggs doesn't taste like egg. Bathroom door is to loose, bit less privacy.

We arrived on foot - wet, dirty, carrying our animals and belongings on our backs after our apartment complex was badly flooded during Hurricane Ian. It was a true relief to get to a clean, quiet, cool room with our pets after a terrible ordeal. I appreciate how staff gave us space but were helpful when we needed them, which is really what most people want. Unfortunately they ran out of rooms at the very end - but they were previously kind to us each time we needed to extend our stay, 7 days total, since we ended up being involuntarily evicted due to flood inundation.

The room we were in needs a bit of an update. Given the circumstances, having lost our home, we were still grateful for the bed that sags, and the shower that drains slowly, with poor water pressure. But these small things could effect someone elses stay/vacation time so I want to mention it.

The young man who checked in was actually an alumnus of UCF and very informative about the school that we were coming to visit. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was so comfortable as were the many pillows in the bed. I have back and neck issues so that says a lot. The bathroom was very clean and had many towels.

Very good shopping opportunities and infrastructure. Extremely close to Everglades entrance. Breakfast was better than most American hotels of that level. Rooms very modern and comfortable - good curtains for leeping lights out, big TV, bathroom size okay, bed comfortable. Just a little street noise but nothing bad. Places to fill water, get ice and even a 24h Coffee and Tea station! Staff is very very friendly!

Our stay was comfortable and the room was clean. Excellent location for UCF visits. Literally 3 mins away! Free coffee and hot breakfast was a surprise bonus. Clean towels were plentiful. Would definitely recommend.

Parking at the hotel was a bit of a hassle since this location has a rental car pick up and drop off. It would not, however, impact my decision to stay there again.
