The location near to the parks and the rooms were big and clean. The breakfast was really good as well.

The access cards weren't working 100% on the room's door. Insufficient soap and shampoo.

This is our second time at this hotel, and we'll return if we're in Orlando again. The room was comfortable and clean, and it had everything a traveler would need. The hotel has a transfer to Universal Studios and back. There's a breakfast which in 2023 has improved significantly compared to 2020. Very helpful staff. In general we had very good impressions of the hotel again. If you come to theme parks, you usually don't spend too much time in the hotel, so this one is descent for a reasonable price.

We arrived at crack of dawn so had to book extra night for early check-in. We were given keys that did not work had to go down the desk twice and then was escorted to room by maintenance just in case. Turns out room had other guests in it and there were no other rooms available so we were put in a room with single bed even though I booked and paid for two beds. I was within my 18 year old son. We were so exhausted as now it was almost 6am that we skept in same bed and in the morning had to go back to the desk to try to get another room with two beds. The were able to change rooms and rest of trip was fine but very rough start.

What I liked the most was the facilities of the hotel to reach many attractions that I had planned.

Breakfast quite good, but smoked ham could be added occasionally.

Pros: 1) Location is perfect - near Universal Orlando, Outlets, and eating places 2) Parking is free of charge - the reception gives parking walet. 3) Room was clean, had all basic needs 4) Staff is friendly & helpful 5) Room had enough space for 2 adult people

The breakfast is included, but it has very limited options. Understandable giving the price of the hotel. The problem with a breakfast that it doesn't have much healthy alternatives - all bread are white, much of the products contain sugar. At the same time, giving the fact that it is United States and breakfast oriented for american population, probably it is good enough for them.

The stay was great! Friendly staff, the room was clean, the breakfast varied per day. Overall it was really good for the price

The only 2 things that can improve is to have the universal shuttle available for the park closing hours around 7-8pm, because 5:30 pm is very early to leave the attractions. The other thing is to have more control over the breakfast with the guests, there were 2 available waffle machines however some guests specifically mothers stayed there in both saying they have a family of 5-6 and she’s there cooking for them. It was not once, it was every day with different moms-guests doing the same thing which didn’t allow us to even try the waffles in the breakfast.

As always my best place to stay in Orlando Universal Area , i love this Place cause is not busy street no crazy traffic , accesible to the I-4 cool places near by , close to the mall and restaurants , safe and clean

In this case i know is a busy season and always try to accommodate several groups of people but i did my booking trough the app and the room had to be paid in advance , never did before always were pay at the property and this is the first time they requested deposit , and i was not notified and Booking.com did have on the reservation , i would like to have clear policy before make a reservation for me as a costumer and being costumer for 4 more years , they should be clear and no Hide information , The other thing is the mattress in my room need to be replace it soon is squeaky and not very confortable .

The excellent customer service that Cleo and theo provided to my son which had two little girls with him his daughters they went above and beyond to accommodate him and his little girls a true Disney experience very welcoming helpful and this is what you call excellence thank you for being amazing at your careers I wish others would train to be like these two individuals because the whole staff at this quinta are polite nice attentive and happy 😊 that makes your stay muchpre happier the place is super clean and you feel it walking through the lobby everyone greats you with a smile and a hello thank you

Could not tell you there was nothing I did not like at all

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Better than other hotel with far more stars. Free coffee in the lobby. Big room. I would go back definitely for the staff being very good. Erika the housekeeper left us a sweet note after cleaning our room which is a nice touch. That woman needs to be rewarded.

Maybe booking.com or the hotel should not put the location as international drive as it is quite far from it. Also our toilet was flooded and the changed our room. The new room had a really old TV which couldn't be used for Netflix. At the checkout the receptionist was bit hesitant in taking all our luggage as there was no space apparently( it is a really big hotel and they have a very big manager room which could have been used for that purpose. We couldn't leave our backpacks( I would have appreciated as they were very heavy)due to the lack of space. Maybe the breakfast could last a little bit longer.

awesome location within walking distance of Universal parks. breakfast included! amazing price for the quality, pretty much under $115 CAD per night. Very clean place! would recommend if you just plan on sleeping there rather than spending too much time in your hotel.

the pillows were probably the worst pillows I have ever slept on, and they were all the same so you couldn't choose a different one. Also, our toilet was broken when we got there. In all good price for value for sure.
