the coffee was good, but I missed fruit. I didn't like the location. Although it is close to the universal, there were no restaurants or shops nearby. Everything depended on the car. As it is a region close to the highway, walking is unfeasible.

There was no transfer to Disney parks.

Very pleased overall. Not only was the room clean and comfortable, but it had all the amenities needed, and it was great for my mobility-impaired wife. It was also a good value, and the location was outstanding.

I might have used the Universal shuttle had there been more scheduling options. (It would be great if there was a shuttle pickup at closing time.) And while the complimentary breakfast buffet was very good, I would have preferred more variety--for example, options for sugar-free syrup and whole-grain bread, as well as more than one kind of meat.

The location was perfect, literally minutes away from universal studios and plenty of restaurants and stores. The suite was nice and clean, beds comfortable and the crib for the little one was a good size. I enjoy the continental breakfast, everything was fresh. I also enjoyed the free parking. My family used the outdoor pool and it was clean and not crowded at all. Option for a coin operated washer and dryer is available. The booking was easy and price was very reasonable for the area.

The elevator at the main building was out. They were repairing it, but walking up the steps weren’t too bad. And the bathroom had some mildew odor, but we kept the bathroom vent on 24 hrs. Wasn’t so bad afterwards.

The hotel and facilities were good, exactly as shown on booking. Breakfast was very good, a great start for busy days. What made all the difference was the staff engagement level and helpfulness. Great team! I found the location perfect, not only to get to Universal, but for being in a relatively light traffic area, close to Millenia, the Oulets, Orlando downtown, with not too bad access to the Disney area, either.

The pool is small when compared to other similar hotels’

The location near to the parks and the rooms were big and clean. The breakfast was really good as well.

The access cards weren't working 100% on the room's door. Insufficient soap and shampoo.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The color of the decor was nice.

Because we're being asked to critique, it was a tiny bit dumpy. It smelled clean and musty at the same time, although I'm not really sure how that's possible. There was paint chipping off the walls in places in the hallway. We didn't want to swim but one of the pools is out of order and, while there is a lock outside the side entrance of the 2nd building and you can exit the building through that door, you can't use your key to enter it. It was somewhat of a pain since parking is definitely at a premium if you're getting back to the hotel late and we had to park behind the 2nd buidling.

Very clean, friendly staff, shuttle to Universalstudios, breakfast included, nice, clean pool

Breakfast wasn't very good and could have had more options, the shuttle bus was to small to fit everybody, shuttle back from the Universalstudios departs to early, so we had to take an Uber instead, long way to get to Downtown Orlando without a car. But all in all very nice hotel and would stay here again.

Breakfast, the great service 24 hours, Ana from Room Service gave me Excelent service,the other short guy that speak Portuguese also great service,very clean rooms very close to Universal Studios and others amenities!

not enough handicap spaces,other than that everything was great. I gave it an 8 because nothing for me is 10 and one point for the handicap spaces, but I will definitely be back again, and I'll recommend it

When we arrived there was am emergency where someone injured themselves in the stairwell. The front desk associate Arthur made sure we were OK and apologized for all the commotion. We then arrived to out room and it smelled wonderful. I liked there was always someone around to assist you at all hours as we went to the 3 day music festival. On the second night we had a family move above us and they had small children, they were making the room theie playground. SO, we contacted the front desk and Arthur told us not to worry. Arthur moved our room the next day for a more peaceful night sleep after enjoying our time on our festivities. Arthur was meant to work the service desk he went above and beyond his job duties.

The beds were great. Parking OK the beds were amazing. Staff was friendly

The pool was OK, but the chemicals were off as the water was very acidic. The breakfast wasn’t great. Very watery eggs when they were available sausage look like it was boiled. The only bread option was regular bread. There was no bagels except for on one day. The milk was spoiled the one day we tried it so it’s a great state, but I wouldn’t plan on eating there
