Nothing really tbf although as we stayed 3 nights my 2 sons hoped for a bit of a discount for the Halloween nights, especially as in theory it very much effects the day at Universal in particular ie park closes 5pm (instead of 7pm), feel like the park treats people like 2nd/3rd class citizens after 330pm onwards (as they get ready for 🎃 nights). I appreciate this is more of a universal thing/issue however ultimately we got our express pass from HR so i feel a much Bigger Discount is appropriate.

The bed was the best bed I had slept in my whole stay in Orlando and we only stayed for one night in the Hard Rock Hotel. The cover was super soft, warm and comfortable, the pillow was just right and the temperature in the room allowed for shorts and shirts only. The room was perfectly clean and there was free coffee for in the morning. The pool was absolutely gorgeous at night and if you wanted to eat by the pool, you had the option of doing so, going for a swim while they prepped your meal and the server would call you once it was ready. Obviously the location was perfect for going to Universal. If you want to go to Universal, you just have to stay overnight in the Hard Rock Hotel! I wish we would have stayed an extra night, because I did not get to enjoy the amazing ambiance and collection of the Hard Rock Hotel to the extent I would have liked.

A bottle of water being 7 dollars is too expensive in my opinion, but it was in the room and my roommates weren't aware that we had mineral water on hand.

Overall experience very positive, staff very friendly, location, pool. Room was as expected, in a Deluxe I would offer refrigerator with snacks drinks. Bathroom little outdated but decent.

Food Quality pretty poor from Cafeteria to Pool Restaurant. Choice is fine but quality very disappointing. The Palm Restaurant is very expensive as we know, but for kids they could offer little cheaper options. Was very surprised that in a $20 "Salad" called "with Shrimp" you get asked how many shrimps you want as all extra. Seems little bad for a Restaurant with such reputation. Plus a $64 Steak doesn't even come with one spring bean nor pea, not even as a plate decorating item and a side dish is $16.

Fantastic hotel, the pool was great, the DJ was funny and talented, and the concierge was incredibly helpful. That's the most I've ever used that service at a hotel. Our favorite thing overall is you could send merchandise to your room from the park!!!! Amazing!

The only thing I could say negative is the expense. It was incredibly expensive. 22 dollars for a cocktail is insane. It should not be 150 dollars for a family of 4 to eat. Even at a resort.

Unique experience with all the amazing music memorabilia on offer. Great pool with fun activities and DJ for the kids. Movies at night. 5 minutes walk to universal studios or take the boat.

rooms looking a little dated, could do with a refresh. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. Food and drinks on site at the higher level. Hotel part of Lowes so the hard rock unity rewards are not applicable.

We booked into the hotel primarily for the Universal Express Passes provided for each day of the stay including check-in and check-out. The check-in process was simple and reception staff were very friendly and efficient, explaining everything we needed to know. The hotel is the last word in cool, ideally located and the security checks before boarding the complimentary boat transport to the theme parks takes the stress out of the normal security concourse when a day visitor. Was it a $600 a night room? Probably not but with the passes thrown in the value was exceptional, equivalent to a free night in a top class hotel. Will definitely book gain

Great location and generally a nice set up. nice pool area and bar. Rooms were nice but we had 2 rooms for the 4 of us. might have been a squeeze with 2 teenagers had we all been in the same room. express passes were brilliant.

check in was ‘from 4pm’ and our room wasn’t ready at 4pm which is frustrating. they did however agree to a midday checkout to compensate when I complained. a couple of things in the room needed attention. Outer door on fridge was broken and the electric socket in bathroom didn’t work. there’s a small food market downstairs but it’s stupidly expensive.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. check-out was super easy, as it worked automatically, and there weren’t any hidden charges or anything which was great.

We could hear music playing till quite late, and our neighbours woke up extremely early and I could hear them signing (like before 6am), so the walls aren’t very thick.

Bed was cozy, loved the room and the fun celebrity height mirror loved walked to the park through that lovely butterfly garden. IT was gorgeous. Also loved the bathroom products the shower was great too.

IT was sooooo expensive for one night. we wish we could have done 2 nights but it was 1000 for 1 and a huge splurge for my birthday. I think the kids and I will be back maybe in slower season.
