The room contained everything we needed. The pool area was great for relaxing anytime during the day. Breakfast was above par for a “breakfast included” hotel. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly.

The only thing we wish we knew was that the shuttle that goes to universal only had select times it ran. We thought it was on a loop.

Close to disney and across from universal. Pool was clean. Rooms were big and comfortable. We had plenty of room. Kitchen in room with fridge, stove and dishes.

The pillows were not comfortable.

My girlfriend and I really liked the breakfast! It was tasty and had enough variety over the 4 breakfasts we ate, that it did not feel repetitive. I enjoyed the gym, there was enough free weights to keep up with my usual routine, and the cable machine was a newer machine, making it easy to use. The shuttle buses to Universal in the morning was very helpful. The driver of the shuttle and the employees who registered us were well informed and friendly. Our room was clean; the bed, sheets, and pillows were all comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and always happy to answer any questions we had. My girlfriend has marked the hotel down in her Google Maps so we remember this location for next time we visit Orlando. Thank you!

The only improvement would be if a shuttle came after the park closed as well, not just 8pm. We always had to get an Uber around 9:30-10:00pm. If there was a shuttle back at that time, it would have made our stay perfect. Our room was great, the only problem we had was the coffee maker leaked everytime we tried to use it. And the toilet seat never stayed up for a standing pee.

Location! Free Shuttles are provided to Universal several times a day but it’s an easy 20 min walk to Universal Parks and City Walk and short Uber ride to Sea World. Great value, I was expecting an ‘ok’ hotel for the price but the quality of the hotel was great. Huge, modern, comfortable rooms with kitchen facilities which are great even if you just want to keep some drinks in the fridge and warm up a take away in the microwave. Having previously stayed at all of the premium Universal hotels I would argue that these rooms are almost as nice, and a quarter of the price! Breakfast being provided was a nice touch and was good, if not amazing. Hot and cold options.

Easy check in process. The establishment was clean and welcoming. The rooms were clean and a/c worked well! The breakfast was good. Would've liked to have some gravy for some biscuits? Overall it was a good value for the money. I would stay there again. The location was very convenient.

It was all good. But, like I said above maybe a bigger selection of food for the breakfast. Seemed alittle like everything was microwavable. Maybe some eggs mixtures with meat or some possibly an order service with more options. But overall it served its purpose.

Dirty behind furniture…like the side tables beside the bed, against the wall behind the bunkbed, and behind the dresser.

Door to toilet /shower room doesn’t close properly Hot water got to boil from coffee machine , the hot water point is at breakfast place that will not be available after 2pm No toothbrush , toothpaste , combs and cotton buds kind of toiletries available

The staff were friendly, accommodating and very patient. The rooms were one of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed at and the beds were so comfortable The showers were amazing and check in time was the earliest we've ever had and check out time was the latest we've ever had at any hotel. Swimming pool is gorgeous they have a workout room there's just nothing wrong with this place and it's exactly across the street from Universal! Free shuttles and great pizza too!

Food we ordered at the Hyatt bar / restaurant wasn’t as good as we thought it would be ie.. Queso cheese, chips, sour cream, guacamole and salsa . But we also had some Shirley temples, and a few cocktails, those were all absolutely delicious.
