the hotel itself was good the staff was amazingly kind and breakfast was great, so for someone that is not relying on the internet to work, this is a great great place to stay and I would highly recommend it, however, the internet was horrible. I was unable to reliably work from the room at all, or the lobby at times. I should be able to stay in my room and work and that was not a possibility even with two Wi-Fi networks that I was given credentials to. I had to rely on my hotspot and I used up all my data. Keep in mind I'm not complaining about not being able to watch Netflix this is simply trying to work during business hours while my family goes out to do activities.

Stayed 4 nights. Nice clean room with sofa, microwave, extra sink and little fridge with see through glass door! Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Slightly disappointed with a breakfast (eggs, bacon/sausage, yogurt, mixed berries, oats, toasts, bagels, cereals) but that’s most places after covid. Unfortunately. A lot of space to eat you breakfast. Clean (staff was cleaning tables and taking out plates on regular basis - shout out to them). Close to universal studios (walking on sidewalk ~ 20-25 mins. Close to outlets. Icon park is relatively close too. I would recommend to stay there.

The hotel staff was amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and concerned with guest comfort. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and kids said it was the best hotel food they had ever had! This is a great location to stay for a Universal Studios trip or even a getaway in Orlando. We had 2 rooms of family and front desk, took extra time and care to make sure we were close to each other since we could not get adjoining rooms. The pool area was clean, and lots of towels and chairs were available for guests' comfort. We definitely will return

The only thing we found difficult was the very small bathroom.

I traveled with my daughter. We spent the day at Universal and the drive from the parking garage to hotel was 7 minutes. I was super impressed with the staff from beginning to end. Very friendly and, at check in, was explained everything about our stay and charges. Elevator was a little jenky and small, however that was the least of my worries. The room was spacious with a full size couch and 2 queen beds. Everything was clean, which is my biggest requirement in a hotel room. Bathroom a little small and the door barely missed the toilet seat, but it was clean. Beds were soooo comfortable as were the pilllows. In the morning we went to breakfast and it was great and included in the room cost. Something better is that check-out is 12 noon! You don’t find that at most hotels. In all, I would…change that…will be back to this hotel in the future. To add, I am a smoker, which usually makes me feel like an outcast being everyplace is smoke free. This hotel has a nice small gated patio in front that has ashtrays and a couple of tvs where I could go when I wanted to smoke without feeling like I had to go to the parking lot in the dark by myself. I super appreciated this being available to me. Being a mom traveling with her daughter I felt very safe at this hotel and want to thank them for the great service at the great cost they were.

Elevators could use some updating, but not a dealbreaker at all.

location is great for universal studios.15 minute walk.hotels do lay on free shuttle buses with 3 different departure times

did not know the hotel was under refurbishment.the entrance to hotel was cordoned off and we originally thought hotel was closed when we arrived.we spoke to receptionist and she said they were refurbing floor by floor and our room was one of those that was complete on the seventh floor.they did say they could look to see if there were available rooms at their sister hotel across the road but we decided to stay as the room was a great size and everything was new.We had to use swimming pool and restaurant in other hotel but it was only a 2 minute walk.when we checked out they said all the refurbishment work would be done by the middle of september.

The breakfast was limited in variety but it said while on booking that it was only american style so cant complain but compated to other Hyatt places i stayed in it wasn't even half. One great thing, yhey checked as in as soon as we arrived, almost 3 hours before checkin....with out even asking. It was so wonderful. Lobed reception and other staff, they were very nice and helpful.

Continental breakfast like the other Hyatts would be nice.

Well the location is nice,good rooms as they gave us in the new wing. Very good front desk staff.

The hotel was under construction so on the last 2 days of 10 days stay there was un bearable noise. Though we were on the upper floors but feel bad for people on lower floors. There was no warning given as well. The lifts were dirty all time due to construction. For 3 days room fridge didn't work at all. They helped to keep the stuff in their own fridge and gave points as well but with children initially it was a issue. The breakfast was laid in adjoining hotel Hyatt house walking 2 min. They should mention all this or give rooms at discounted price. We had a great time as staff was good n helpful. We also asked housekeeping everday which they happily complied. I had expected a dining table n chairs in room as well as shown in pictures n cooktop but it wasn't there.

The staff was excellent! I can't remember their names but 2 young gentlemen helped me during my check in process. I emailed earlier to request a high floor as my preference and to let them know it was our anniversary. They went above and beyond and left us a box of goodies and champagne with a beautiful note. Communication was great. I emailed through the booking app to also let them know we would be arriving late due to rental car issue. I will Definitely be coming again. Literally down the street from Universal and the outlet mall. The hotel was renovating but that was not a promise. Everyday they made major progress and we were able to eat a full breakfast at the Hotel House next door for free. Can't wait to see it once it's all completed.

Nothing. I had zero problems. But if you are going to make me say something I wish the shower was a tad bit larger.

The staff was incredible. Our room had not yet been cleaned when we arrived for check in and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our wait. We dealt with several staff members during our stay and each one was accommodating, professional, and kind.

The bathroom in our room was very tiny and the door opened inward. It was like missions impossible trying to get in and out of there. Otherwise everything was great!
