All the hotel was pretty nice and neat. I like that they clean the rooms everyday and put new towels. The beds were confortable and we had plenty of space for a group of 6 people or families. And the laundry space it was so usefull. The personal was pretty nice too

I didnt like that the parking was not included on the price, but that's ok we already know about it. Also, about breakfast, For groups of friends or families, it would be great that they include breakfast for all of the members cause if we are paying for a suite, it supposed that its a group of min 5 or 6 people, and it's not logical that they give just the breakfast for 2 of them.

The bed was comfortable, the hotel and rooms were clean and it wasn't too far from Universal Studios

No option for late check out..even though it was a Sunday. Also, we were charged for parking even though we booked two nights. We were told it's because of people going to Universal Studios would park there without staying at the hotel..... okay, so just give us the mirror tag to show we belong there and tow the ones who don't have the parking tag... the hotel stay should include parking for guests of the hotel.

Mostly, I love the staff there. They remembered me from a year prior. They are so kind. I also love that the standard room is large. I enjoy the close proximity to Universal, Miller Ale House, and the drug store for essentials. There is also a store within the hotel along with a game room. The pool is great and I’ve never seen it packed with people. I have stayed at this location several times.

It’s not really a dislike— The elevators need a lot of TLC. Generally, one is always not working. If they are working, they are slow and noisy. Don’t worry, you don’t feel like you’re riding in the Tower or Terror. It’s safe. The hotel doors— some creak quite loudly when opening. When closing, they lack grace. If you do not guide the door shut, it will slam shut.

The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast that came with our stay was really good and the staff were friendly.

Nobody answers the phone at the desk most of the time? Had to go down to ask someone for a plunger that showed up around half an hour later, after we had gotten the toilet to flush and cleaned up the mess. There was also only one working elevator out of 3 for 10 floors of people which kind of sucked.

Dominique was amazing. She was interacting with my children. Assisted in whatever way she could, her personality and demeanor is an asset to the property. The rest of the concierge staff were great as well.

The hallways were not kept. The lighting throughout the hotel as well as the room was very dim and difficult to see. At the end of our stay 2 of the elevators were down. There was no toilet paper roll holder so the paper became wet from the steam of the shower from being on the counter. The housekeeping staff was not the friendliest, kept their carts in the middle of the hallways, and it seemed as if we were bothering them as we moved down the hall with our luggage carts.

Our room was clean comfy & located directly across the street from Uni & Islands.

No free parking! 20 per night. I feel it should just be built into the price.

We have a large family so we were able to get a 2 bedroom family suite and it fit all of us and it was a lot cheaper than having to get 2 or 3 rooms elsewhere. They had a fridge & microwave (I think) in the room so we could keep our drinks in there. There was a shuttle to the parks. There was a pool with a kiddie section as well.

We just wished there was a couple later shuttles after the parks closed. Not that we didn’t like it but others may have been bothered by the hotel being under construction. We saw it as a future improvement.

I loved the 2 bedroom suite with a living room between the bedrooms and each bedroom had a bathroom. There were 4 beds and even a sofabed. The location was across from Universal and provided a shuttle to and from Universal. There was a TGIF restaurant connected to hotel, which made it super convenient. We paid about $630 for 4 nights, which was the best part, especially with so much room for the 5 of us. We didn't feel crowded at all. There was even a microwave and small fridge and coffee maker. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We would surely stay again! They also had a gift shop in case you forgot something. They even have a heated pool.

The furniture shows a lot of wear and tear, but that didn't bother us, considering all the other amenities and the large suites for the super awesome price and great location.

I loved the location, right across from Universal. Loved the 2 bedroom suites, they are super spacious, have 2 individual bathrooms and everything was clean. The living room super convenient and they have a nice coffee machine and microwave. Its very practical, not luxurious, no view but its exactly what you need if you are traveling in family. They have a shuttle that takes you to Universal so you can save the parking fee.

Parking was not free, 23 dollars 😔

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Well maintained site including a great pool and relaxing area. Great location for Universal goers. On-site tickets and help to get the best experience park package. Shuttle to and from park provides. Outstanding service by all at hotel.

Nothing - it was great. My only suggestion would be for a sink in kitchenette section of room.
