Big, well equipped room with a lot of space. There were enough plugs for all the chargers. It was easy to find parking spot by the hotel. The location of the hotel is good if you want to visit the parks or the surrounding places of interests. Overall it was a good stay.

The furnitures and the equipments are a bit outdated and the rooms may need some deep cleaning. The room had a bit of an unpeasant humid smell which had to be vented out. The room was basically cold, we had to heat up, but the AC was really loud that we had to turn it down for sleeping. There are not many restaurants in walking distance, you should go out if you are looking for something more than a basic breakfast.

Interesting property. It felt like a Condo. The lobby was nice. The check in went well. They were short staffed at check-in. It took a half hour to get my turn. Getting help for a cart took a while. I had to move rooms because the button for the fifth floor was broken. I got relocated to 7th floor and it was fine. Room was large and comfortable, Bed was extra firm. Not my preference, but good. The pool was exceptional. Nice large size with plenty of chairs. The pool bar served good food at a reasonable price. I will look at this hotel again when I go to Orlando.

The Elevators in the right side tower were broken. One was not working at all and the other one was not working properly. Sometimes we went up to go down. It was a a considerable bummer.

The balcony view of the city was great. The rooms were clean and comfy.

When I first checked in I was put in the wrong room. The young women at the front desk gave me an attitude when I tried to explain this to her. She told me it was the correct room and that there were no other rooms available. I then brought my things to the assigned room. When I got there I realized it was definitely the wrong room (I booked a 1 bedroom suite with a spa tub) i then called the front desk from the room phone and spoke with someone else at the front desk. They confirmed that I did get assigned the wrong room. I had to take all of my things back downstairs and then walk back to the office to get another room. All would have been avoided had the lady just dropped the attitude and listened to me.

Great location, lovely staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. One bedroom suite is great having a full kitchen and washer/dryer

Only a few little things we noticed at the property which could be improved. I thought the pool could be a little cleaner, I know the palm trees above are the cause of debris but I feel it could be maintained better. Also the hallways looked like the carpet needed a good vacuum. Over our week stay, they weren’t vacuumed once. Also we struggled to park our car at the weekend due to the hotel being busier. We were told to park on the grass in the end.

The location is perfect close proximity to all the water theme park, fun stop etc. Night Light and a variety of food was really close we love the location. The staff was very friendly and the room was really nice and comfortable

We was in room 1008 H and 1008 S was being renovated, the noise from the bamming and Spanish music was loud. I went out the room to see where the noise was coming from it was the room next to us. A few rooms down they was renovating as well. I will not post or share the videos that was recorded.

The hotel wasn’t far from what we had planned for the weekend . Minutes from Icon Park. The front desk, Tiffany or Brittany I can’t remember her name but she was very accommodating & nice ! Our first night a bulb burst as we were turning on the light , we reported it and it was fixed by the time we came back from dinner. The room was soooo spacious . I would definitely come here again.

The only thing I didn’t really like was that the bar closed kinda early. Like 9 I believe . I was also worried about the somewhat conjoining rooms but our neighbors were older women and they were very nice as well.

The room was very clean. Spacious enough for 2 adults and a teen to move about. Kitchen had everything including a Keurig and a toaster. Location is great.

There weren't any linens for the sofa bed. I had brought sheets but needed a blanket. Called downstairs and was told there weren't any blankets but they sent up sheets. 2 sheets don't really equal a blanket but they tried with what they had. Being that the A/C temperature cannot be changed, we had to go back out to Walmart to buy a blanket for my daughter who would be on the sofa bed. The sofa bed was in bad shape and really needs replacing. No firm spots, had to use pillows to sort of make a comfortable area. The elevator went out the day we arrived and was still down upon departure 4 days later. We were on 7 and towers go to 12 so lots of long waits.

The size of the room was great. For the hotel room, there were 2 king sized beds. There were also cabinets with dishes, utensils, & mugs, and a sink. There was a desk area. The bathroom was very clean. The pool area was nice. The cabana bar had a great selection of drinks and typical bar food which was tasty. The workers were very friendly. Kudos to Javier and Tim! Starbucks coffee was available downstairs.

A table with chairs is needed especially when there is a kitchen area in the room. There was only a duvet wrapped in sheets on the bed. I wish that there was an extra separate single sheet on the bed. Some of the higher tv channels were not clear. There only seemed to be one elelvator working so the wait could be long. The eating area downstairs served on styrofoam boxes with plastic utensils. I like stoneware plates and metal utencils. Since maid service only comes if you pay for it, I had to ask for extra toilet paper and extra shampoo. Don't give me one 1 oz tube of shampoo for 3 people to last for 3 days. The t.p. rolls are like 1/2 rolls to start with. There were all kinds of fees and taxes added on to the bill but that might not be their fault but there was a daily $11 hotel fee.
