You shouldn’t have to pay for parking when you are paying for your stay.

I actually like the old school a/c. It has a mind of its own, but it made sure the room was comfortable. If it's not broke don't fix it. The thermostat in the hotel doesn't work as efficient in keeping the room hot or cold. With the thermostats is either too hot or too cold. I also liked that fact that the hotel and the room was very well kept. Even though it's an older hotel. It didn't smell, the beds, painting and decor were very nice.

The elevators in the morning prior to check out time were full. I was trying to go eat breakfast before I had to check out and I didn't allow enough time for people that were leaving 9 or 10 AM. I will know next time.

Because the hotel is round you have for sure a great view over Orlando, doesnt matter which room you get. The Checkin Lady was super friendly, and also asked if we would like more in the upper Floors or in the Middle. We got the 16th Floor, from i think 20. The Room was clean, and bath as well. And they also had an heated outdoor Pool, that was great. Breakfast was available, but nothing extraordinary. The Coffee was surprisingly good. Plenty of Restaurants are around.

There is enough Space available, why they charge 15 Bucks for Parking i dont know. The area is in middle of everything in Orlando, and the Hotel is not the cheapest. I saw also, Guests were coming to the rooftop Bar, and they dont pay for Parking. An other thing was not good, is the Air Condition, this was really loud.

It’s proximity to the major attractions and good restaurants. The pool and the beautiful design of the building itself.

There was a control procedure in the elevator which should have allowed only those other than employees, who held the room keys to be able to get to the floors for security reasons. The room key had to be scanned on the scanner in the elevator for the elevator to work. I thought it was a great feature. However, it was not implemented properly. At times, the elevator would work without scanning the key.

All we can say about this hotel is Marco! Marco was one of the staff who worked at the hotel bar and he honestly made our stay. He was so friendly and had great cocktail and food recommendations. The hotel was located on international drive and was super close to universal studios (we walked there both days and took 30 minutes). Great view from our hotel room. Was good to have laundry facilities. Nice pool & was super quiet and relaxing.

Apart from Marco, the receptionist staff were so unfriendly and unhelpful. Any time we asked them a question it seemed to be a problem.

We were weary travelers caught up in the spring break/ weather related massive flight cancellations were without sleep for 34 hours and had no access to our luggage. Grace greeted us with empathy and kindness. She gave us information on laundry facilities, tooth brushes and tooth paste and the perfect room. It was clean, quiet and had a huge bathroom. We got 9 hours of sleep on a comfy bed, a shower and were ready to face the airport once again. Great Hotel- it gave us all the comfort we so desperately needed.

It was a bit further to the airport than we had thought ( booking.com said 6.9 miles?) Uber was expensive and 1st Uber drive unresponsive and the time to pick up get getting longer and longer ( not hotel issue) but with all the travel stress and being terrified we would not get on another flight, that was a huge concern for us.

The reception staff were always corteous and very helpful, Marianne, Rebecca, Renee, Kyle and the manager Brian. Thank you all. The hotel is very well located, at International Dr., plenty of restaurants nearby, and less than a 15 min drive to Walt Disney World. Also, parking was always available. We could see Epcot far away and Universal right below, from our high floor room. The room was big enough and beds pretty comfortable, needed after 4 days in the parks.

The room had not been clean properly, no vacuum and same stains in the bathroom, had to ask at reception to make sure housekeeping would do a better job, a bit annoying.
